No, I was talking the difference between 11.2.1 and previous Lite v10, they seem very close.

The update happened automatically in my account. I guess I will have to go through the 600+ pages of manual of both versions and compare the content.

I don't get it. Does 11.3.1 come only as a VST plugin? Can't you have both of them alongside, 11.2.1 as a DAW (as Intro like you said) and 11.2.1 only as a VST3 plugin? I have Intro 10 installed but I see 11.2.1 ready to download in my Reason account. I thought it already has the VST plugin built-in.

wow, I watched the video, the first new feature in cubase 10.5 talked here, "combined selection tool" - something like a subset of our smart tool which we have in cakewalk for ages already, really took them loooong time to make it ... but already liked the second new, sort of ProQ, feature otoh I like the video handling in cubase, does the Elements verion have video handling as well? that would be a good thing

Agree on the Waves one. I also have the Mouth which is great for mangling your vocal tracks but haven't chance to play deeper with it yet, got it from KVR second hand.

I like to use Find/Change tool for that if you happen to know what values are you going for. If not, there's always the Transform tool in PRV. And there's MFX mentioned above, also great.

just lasso-select (right mouse button) a small portion of any empty area, I do it since ages OTOH i wish lasso-selecting in cakewalk could work with the left mouse button like in any other windows application, I do it so often that I'm still doing it in other apps after leaving work in cakewalk ?

Oh wow! This should serve me well before I can afford XO hopefully there are no known issues with it in Cakewalk.

in the busb2902.INF I see: Provider="usb-audio.de" so it seems that the driver is made by Ploytec, I'm using Ploytec ASIO driver with my ART Dual Tube Pre and it works great
