  1. Remember the Ujam GUI bug where the plugin GUI gets unresponsive after changing tempo in Cakewalk and you have to close the project to get rid of it? Some users reported to have the same problem. There are a few more plugins exposing this and it still seems unsolved. Recently I acquired LiftFX and this one is suffering from the same issue but exposing a new symptom that hopefully might help further nailing down the bug. So I recorded a short video showing it. I don't know if it's a plugin, Cakewalk or Windows bug and I'm not very familiar with tweaking Windows gfx settings so there's hope someone who's watching this might get the idea what is going on here and what to do to get rid of the problem. What you see on the video is me first clicking on presets, the presets menu opens and closes after clicking on a preset. Next I go to change the tempo, take a note that only after I click and drag the spin wheel or whatever it used to be called, on the right to the tempo value where my mouse changes into that up/down double arrow, this is what triggers the GUI bug. Now if I try to change preset in the plugin again, most of the GUI becomes unresponsive, knobs and values are frozen (won't update anymore) no matter what I try and I'm not able to change most of the things on the surface until I close and reopen project. The same happens in Ujam and some other plugins. Now the new thing that occurred in this particular plugin is that after I close it's GUI, there's that weird, persistent 'phantom' menu left, even after minimizing Cakewalk to desktop, that's frozen too and I can't seem to do anything with it no matter whether I click on it or press Esc. Closing project only can get rid of it. Anyone having an idea what is going wrong here?
  2. Yeah, unless there was a glitch in their email, I think that it's just the "old" Satin-rnb samplepack dusted off for a valentine gift.
  3. Is this exactly the same patch I already have in my Sasaki??
  4. Probably just a compatibility changes for MacOS users. Windows users get a facelift in form of a new version number. Why a changelog then ?

    Waves free plugin

A hidden introduction to V14...? ? Edit: does it state anywhere that it's a plugin? Maybe it' s a service.
  6. I know, right?! I did get a sense of scam from the deceptive description. Only 3.12GB for a Soundpaint library... Huh, would you believe it! ? Unless there was a typo and it should be 31.2GB
  7. Three things in our life are certain: death, taxes... and, yeah, now you know... Larry can confirm!
  8. Finally something I might consider buying... once we run out of any other deals here ???
  9. I missed the sale on upgrades a few times (years) in a row, so I had prepared for it this year but there was no sale on upgrade this time, unfortunately
  10. How many of them do you actually have used... Oops sorry, question wrong made, should be: How many of them do you actually have used. Aaaand, it seems you already answered. Cheers ? Where was my coat...
  11. Glad you solved your issue. I have seldom crashes from IKM plugins, mainly from Amplitube 4, and mainly after clicking on the cabs section, sometimes on project/template loading. On occasion some rare T-Racks 5 crashes. These are the most used here from IKM, the other ones, like Amplitube 5 or Sampletank, didn't get much use yet so I'm not able to tell. That's still more crashes than most of my other hundreds of hundreds of plugins I have, but definitely nothing you experienced. Once you start using them you'll find out that you love them for their sound but your every computer will hate them from the first cycle. That's my bottom line
  12. I tried on another machine and edge instead of chrome and it worked.
  13. No damned pop-up here either! Oh well, I can live without it... (the pop-up)
  14. And same here. Was going to ask if anyone is still waiting. No wonder. It's gewd stouph at greyt priss.
  15. Maybe there's something about them not liking Kontakt. I noticed that when I buy a lib from them, it contains only wav/aiff/rex or you can choose a momentum version. But when I bought a lib from zero-g instead, I got all typical sampler patches with it.
  16. From what I remember the cpu jump was introduced in the same version where they added custom shop functionality into the standalone. The X-series were added in the following version. I'm also sitting on 1.0.3 and waiting for some good news on the cpu usage but not holding my breath.
  17. There's even a specialized plugin for that: https://www.plugivery.com/products/p2429-Garbage-LSD/
  18. Didn't I buy ujam finisher Retro for this?? But that price has got me... oh well
  19. Didn't I buy Aparillo for this types of sound...? Oh well, there's never too much presets I guess
  20. Always wished to have an ujam app.
  21. You, kind of, answered your own question. LOL
  22. I already download to another drive and cubase did then silently install, without any notice. I will try again with the other downloads, if it tries to install in background it will fail when disk full. Wish there was option for download only.
