In the case of a possible conflict with a day job then yes I could understand adopting a pseudonym for the moonlight gig, but in that scenario one could just say hi, I'm Joe Madeupname and these are my products....... Posing as a punter who just happened to chance across these products that they would like to share with you at more or less the same time as they joined the forum just comes across as disingenuous to me and very unlikely to make me want to give that person any money at all. Maybe that's not the case here, but it certainly smelled like it to me.

That put me off straight away. Just gives the wrong vibe to me. If anyone is here to sell something, just be honest about it. Nothing wrong with that, but pretending to be someone/something else is a big turn off for me. From what little I saw of the products they seemed to be using the names of famous artists, so I wonder if he hit legal problems because of that.

Nothing there to make me want it. I get that presets are not the point of this kind of thing, but as a supposed showcase of what can be done with it the selection is somewhat lacking.

James (James1213) - Got a bit fed up with certain people poking fun at the girlfriends of his kinfolk - or sheep as they're sometimes known. Dave (Bitflipper) - Seemingly awol since his own thread got deleted, presumably by another mod. Currently looking for a new dummy. Daryl (Daryl1968) - Fell in love with a monkey and now residing on the Planet of the apes. Ubiquitous Bubba - well, could be anything, right? James (Sharke) - Ran off with a weird looking chick called Bitwig. Beepster - Furiously breeding hamsters in attempt to improve the power of his laptop. Pedro (Moshkiae) - Bored himself to sleep 3 years ago. Still comatose. Jonbouy - made enough from forum fees to retire to a medium sized bungalow in Brighton where he occasionally intimidates the neighbours just for fun. Tone 2 seem to have a knack of making nice synths with nice UI's that sound good for at least twice as much money as might seem tempting. Or is that just me?
