There is nothing I know of to make them appear other then make sure they are installed. The Saturation knob and the ReMatrix are both 3rd party ones that might require you to install them from an older Cakewalk?

Try adjusting the formants of the blobs that you move. I find that if I tune more then a few 10ths of a semitone an adjustment of the formants is needed.
