1 or multiple screens? If multiple, does it happen on both screens? Does this happen inspector or track view (or both)? What screen resolution? Windows Scale and layout at 100%? What graphics card? Installed latest graphics drivers (using manufacturer's websites rather than Windows updates). Note: I have configuration as per signature and I am not having this issue.

As a test, I just loaded SI-Electric piano as a Simple instrument and started playing using combination of keys and sustain from a PCR-800 MIDI Controller. The sustain pedal worked without any special setup in CW or SI-Electric piano. Were those CC64 events, shown in that event list view entered manually, or are they the result of you recording them in from your MIDI controller (along with the notes)?

When I say “I like to have only the latest versions installed”, what I mean is the latest version of a particular year...... i.e. The latest 2008, 2013, 2015 versions, etc. I would still leave the latest of each available year installed.
-
Yes, they do. However, there may some applications that install an earlier version. I like to have only the latest versions installed. From time to time, I have had CbB issues that have been fixed by installing the latest version, even when I believe I had the latest version installed.

You might want to update your Vdist runtimes. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

Have you tried the BETA focusrite drivers at beta.focusrite.com

Are you using a workspace that loads in own screen layout settings? Another thing to try is set your workspace to “None” I use workspaces and screensets all the time and I have set my workspaces not to load any windows layout information.

Which specific version of Breverb is this Is Breverb inserted as a prochannel module or in a track or bus effect rack? I opened an older project with the Cakewalk version of Breverb 2 in a prochannel on a bus and this opened and played fine. This is on a PC configured as per my signature. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling Breverb You might want to confirm you have the latest version as downloaded from your Overloud account https://overloud.com/user/login

When you say “Cakewalk Freezing”, can you be working away, and then the mouse and keyboard stops responding, and you’re left with a static image of what ever is on your screen, cakewalk session and all? That, to me, sounds like a hardware issue. As far as the “There is not enough memory available”, check to make sure nothing else is using the Axiom 61 driver. I have seen other posts that indicate that Google Chrome might be a culprit here. If you are using Google Chrome 1. In chrome navigate to 'Settings > Advanced Settings > Content Settings'. 2. Locate the 'MIDI devices full control' section. 3. Enable the 'Do not allow any sites to use system exclusive messages to access MIDI devices' option. Personally, I would also disable some of those background tasks tat you don't need to be running. (like Avidappmanhelper, GPUtweak, Monitor, etc) ASGT.exe is a ASUS GPU Tweak used for over clocking your graphics card. This should not be required on a DAW PC. In fact, I would remove this. In fact, overclocking too far can lead to freezes. Personally, On a DAW PC, I would set everything to stock and not overclock anything what so ever. (CPU, GPU, RAM). If none of these help, and if you are confident, maybe open up your PC and remove and reinsert your ram modules. Also, if you have a graphics card, try the same with that. Remember, only if you are confident getting to this level. Otherwise, get someone you trust as certified to do this for you.

How long has this been happening for? What have you tried so far? Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for your Axiom 61? https://m-audio.com/support/download/drivers/axiom-installer-1.1.2-driver-5.10.0.6002 My PC is as per my signature and I am not having this issue.

No Maybe put in a feature request. https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/forum/8-feedback-loop/
-
You might want to start a new thread with a title that is related to your issue. That way, people will be able to find it......

If that works, then run with it. I do not use the staff view to edit notes. All of my MIDI note editing is in the Piano Roll View.

According to https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk the Minimum System Requirements for Cakewalk by BandLab is Windows 8.1 or higher (64-bit only) Version 2022.02 might work on Windows 7, but it's not a supported operating system. If you run into issues and you contact Cakewalk support and you’re still on 7, they will likely tell you to upgrade to a supported operating system (like Windows 8.1 or above) You really should consider upgrading to Windows 10 as many other programs also will not run on Windows 7.

Not really. What you might like to try is this. After you have recorded your base MIDI notes, move the playback cursor to the start of your first note. Then go Menu | Set measure/beat at Now and enter a measure number and beat number (Probably a number nearest to nearest measure) Note: you need to enter beat 1 to be on the measure, not 0 Then select the next note where you want to next measure to start and move the playback cursor to that note. Then go Menu | Set measure/beat at Now and enter the next measure number and beat number The tempo will adjust to match and as you do this, your played piece will align to measures One thing you may start to realise it that at the end of the day, time signatures is not really that important.... as long as some notes align to measures. Also, that alignment does not even need to be exact.

My PC is configured as per my signature and I do not have any noticeable key delay. We need more information (Like what David has asked for above)
-
You are asking about tempo, yet you mention a time signature as an example. Both those parameters are global for the project at a given time-stamp. However you can change these parameters anywhere in a project. I am assuming you can see the transport module. This displays the tempo and the time signature at a given time. See: (figure 298: item O and P) http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=ControlBar.06.html

I tried this with Addictive Drum 2. I configured AD2 with multiple outs enabled. those outputs were configured to send to an Aux track (under in/out) I selected all tracks along with the Aux track. I saved all selected tracks as a Track Template. I recalled the Track Template in a new blank project. I was able to play AD2 from that Drum track. The final audio was coming from the Aux Track, which itself was sent to the Master bus. This is on a system configured as per my signature (Note: 2022.2 ER 27 is out but I have not installed that yet) I know that probably does not help much other that to confirm the functionality in the latest Cakewalk by Bandlab (with AD2 at least).

What do you do that causes your "Cakewalk.exe File not found." error to appear. On a standard Cakewalk by Bandlab installation “Cakewalk.exe” exists in the “C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core”folder. This is the file that is executed when Cakewalk by Bandlab runs. This file should be placed there along with the folder upon a successful installation of Cakewalk by Bandlab Did your installation complete successfully?

I concur. Some plugins deem a hard drive change to be seen as a new PC and deactivate themselves. I had this issue with I cloned my system drive and Addictive Drums 2. A simple reactivation of the plugin should sort this.

On the very first release, the Long Brasses had a slight, but noticeable detuning effect - especially after the NOTE OFF events (on the releases). When I did the update, the brasses just sounded better to my ears....

As per title. Use Spitfire Audio software to update. IMHO a vast improvement to the initial release...
