  1. i would not put anything alpha on my setup.
  2. garbage. i see no products in my profile. i am pretty sure I had something before. It looks like they wiped my data.
  3. its nice to see IK adding details to what is fixed.
  4. I am basically using TR5 metering, bx_meter, and the fruity db meter. But I started getting more interested in level metering after some postcasts and wonder I need something more advanced.
  5. is this a good deal? tempted as I am into more dbfs monitoring. .
  6. great ideal. keep up the good work. see you are the next St Patricks or Valentines days sales deals.. and April Fools’ Day and Easter
  7. thanks. picked it up. i am a note taker and use their jotter a lot.
  8. yup. agreed. i picked up the drum machine for $0. i am a drum addict. fun little instrument.
  9. Yup. UI us scalable. now. Its a good update. Glad they did it. I was worried it was becoming abandonware.
  10. LA-6176 Signature Channel Strip, UAD Ruby ‘63 Top Boost Amplifier, and Verve Analog Machines, Pultec EQ Collection, LA-2A Leveler Collection https://www.uaudio.com/uad-plugins/plug-in-bundles/holiday-charity-bundle.html
  11. ha!! just when you thought the sales were over.. here comes the christmas sales.
  12. I have TT EZB and IK MODO. I dont have many expansions for EZB so can't comment on sound. The way I use EZB is I will make bass part as DI and export as a audio wave file and then apply a bass amp to it. Or I will use the midi for EZB to drive IK MODO as I tend to have more sounds and like the sounds in MODO. What I find annoying with EZB is you have to work within the plugin itself to compose the bass parts. But its annoying as I am usually in my DAW view and like to work and see the midi track in the DAW view. But to use all the fancy nuances of EZB, you need to work in the plugin itself. I guess that makes sense. I dont know. maybe all TT products are like that.
  13. the problem with them is they rarely update anything. pretty GUI's though.
  14. the morgan and tone king always looked interesting to me. but i have way too many amp sims.
  15. I have watched some YT videos on it. It seems very advanced and useful. Just not sure I am that sort of surgical EQ type person who needs to see a live view of what its doing to the signal. The more I use these software eq's the more I find i gravitate towards things with knobs and coloration. My most used ones are IK EQ81 and the Softube Class A. If I need to see what is happening to the signal I plop FL parametric eq on it to see.
