That's a lot of money. They would need over a million users paying $299 per year, for five years, to get back the initial outlay of capital. They would need over 2 million users paying $599 per year for two years to make back the initial outlay. That is a lot of dedicated users!! Full disclosure: I am no financial expert.

This ain't the joke thread! LOL!!

Seen them in Cleveland with Dream Theater. Between the Buried And Me was the opener, then Opeth, then DT

She is an incredible singer. That's why I believe she's not taken too seriously.

And this is exactly the B3's appeal. For many years when I was younger I thought the Deep Purple sound was the distorted guitar sound. Then I realized all that time it was the B3 that Jon Lord was playing having that sound, not the guitar. Monomix doing the same with a new genre of music. If you limit the B3 because it has a 70's sound to it, then you really limit yourself.

It's still a work in progress as I understand it. I am bearing with it in hopes that the future holds much hope.

Agreed. Working on a song. I was using Kontakt's Vinatge Organs, Born To Be Wild preset. Sounded good, just a little too much distortion. I was liking what I was getting with Kontakt but thought let me try the IK B3. The control and tone is much better in the IK version, hands down!! [eidt] Forgot to add. I got my B3 in a group buy or a Total Studio sale. Can't remember. But I didn't pay full price. However, it is worth the asking price.

Been there... done that!!

Yep. Look how them arms hang out!!

@Bruno de Souza Lino thanks for that video. Makes a whole lot of sense now that he's explained it. And to be able to really get a real LP and a real Strat sound for the same guitar is quite a feat. That is some serious MOJO going on there. I am beginning to wonder if the big metal piece is more of a structural choice than cosmetic. I can see other guitar makers adapting some of his ideas in the future.

Yep. While I don't think they are fugly, they do leave a lot to be desired. Looking good ain't on the list.

OK... something weird going on here. Try to get it from the link you gave. Now it wants me to check out. OK NP with that, but when I go to use Paypal my normal payment method, it wants to charge me $0.01.. I thought this was free. Free as in no money exchanged? Grant you, $0.01 ain't about to break the bank, but still... Or am I just being too much of a hard *****? Alright, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Gonna see if PayPal charges me the one cent.

IDK... I just got through eating a sub with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of salami, and two slices of pepperoni (all thin slices of course) and a slice of Provolone... and it was gooood!!

I believe he does play them. But I have to wonder... looking at the neck it appears to me from the pics, that the neck is scalloped? And I say this because the last few frets don't have any fingerboard underneath them. That just don't sound right!! LOL!! That's wide open right there!! : )

I couldn't believe those prices!!! I mean really?!!

Now your starting to get it!!!

Bruno, to be honest I almost didn't try this software based on some of your comments. I have tried VR tools before and was never really satisfied. As I read your posts, whether you intended it or not, I understood them to be saying this is just another program using algos that are already out there that I have probably tried already. So I wasn't going to bother with it. Then Jeslan posted the examples. What sold me on it was the pristine reverb tails on the isolated vocals. No artifacts at all. None I could hear anyway. So I said if it can do that for the songs I want to use it on... I'm in! It worked. And it works well. The resulting instrumental track allowed a client to hear clearly the piano part she had never been able to hear. Isolated, without the vocals. The tracks I have tried it on all sound like the original (just a tad bit brighter to my ear when compared to the original.) I mean it sounds as if no vocals were ever recorded on the resulting instrumental track. The ability to send batches of files to the program is wonderful!! The ability to save settings is also a great benefit. This is a free program. Grab it while you can!! Use the MDX algo.

We going down that rabbit hole now.... ?
