Well I just went ahead and got the two that was on sale, the delay and mastering limiter. With voucher it was $35. Ain't much else I want. Don't really need anything at all!!

Is this the same version as in forever!!?

I really like Waves stuff. Rent to own maybe an option for some. At one time I might have taken them up on the low FLEX plan. But not today. I would definitely use more than six available in that plan. There may be a few less used plugins in the bunch, but very few are duds. Audio Track, C1 Comp, and Others are great plugins. They do show thier age, but it does not take away what they do.

There are quirks about the take lanes that do need addressing. If you find a 'bug' send the steps to reproduce it to @Jon Sasor or @Noel Borthwick. They would love to get this stuff straightened out.

This is what it does. Zooms in on the Now Time as Center. It does for me. That's how I work. [Edit] I must add that I use Ctrl+arrow keys instinctively to zoom in and out.

Yep. Sure can! It's really easy and you really don't think much about how your doing it once you learn it and become use to it. Then all your thinking about it what is it going to sound like now!!
-
What I would do is use the Smart Tool and click+drag on the section of the clip you want to copy, then I would hit ctrl+c, then select the trk I want to copy to, place now time in the spot, and then ctrl+v to paste.

SPlat did not have Elastique. And after CbB did the latest updates to Elastique Pro I started using it much more and am now wondering how I ever did without it! JK But seriously, streaching is much much better in CbB that it was in Platinum. If you would have waited, you would have missed the freebies that came with Sonar Platinum. And those freebies can still be used in CbB. So your still getting your money's worth.

@Piotr Well I can tell you that the Leslie in Amplitube sounds pretty dang incredible! IF you get a chance to throw that in your bag in one of the sales, don't miss out. The amps that come with the Leslie Collection are worth it! Put them in line with a clean amp, or put a pedal in front of them..... they sound really good! -

@jesse g but I think he already has all the plugins from the BOGx Free. So he wouldn't miss anything that I can see. -
To 'Loop' somebody into something!! I know, my humor needs some work! : )

To go a step further you could put one of the the other ideas along with this to blend the two together so they sound more uniform. IOW use Craig's idea or a "harmonic enhancer" addes to these two sounds. -
I am not at home now, so I can't send any files. But I could send you what I have in my folder later this evening.

That's all I can think of TVR. That they must have got overwritten. The shame of it is, you can't reinstall. Not with BA. There should be a 'Repair' option in the BA for instances like this.
-
Look in Prefernces/File/Folder Location and what is yours saying? I have mine in a custom location so they don't get overwritten when something like this happens. Maybe your location for the folder got changed? I forget where the default folder location is for CW Core Content. But look for a folder named Cakewalk Content then look in there for a folder called Cakewalk Core then look for Project Templates. Is anything in there?

Neither could I! Which got me wondering and curious. So I looked them up and read all about them and still it seems like a professional voice replace-er (sic) more than anything. And I wondered "why?" With your explanation I can see it. And now that you mention it I can see the cheap commercials with it being used!! You can look at stuff and say, that voice ain't working with that mouth! I listened to some of the examples with music and to be honest, it sounded like the life was sucked out the vocals!! I mean some parts needed timing correction, some pitch correction, but as far as they went was too much.

Can't hurt. Consider it done.

Dreamer, I am still thinking that you have hiss on the audio trk. And when you put it through the fx it gets amped up. I have had many time recorded a vocal, guitar and thought it was a good take, but somewhere down the line I notice a hiss that I didn't hear before. When I trace it down I found that my original recording had the hiss that I just never heard until it was processed. Bad recording on my part was the culprit. Not knowing your level of knowledge in recording, have you checked this out? With your levels peaking at -22db to -27db that would make the noise floor much closer than you may think. Try this, put those plugins on a new project in tracks all by themselves. Do they hiss?
-
Bottom line: not many at all. What would it be like if an wav editor would support ARA2? : ) Ahh we want too much. : ) According to Wikipedia ARA seems to just really work with stuff Presonus is supporting. Melodyne, Revoice/VocAlign is about it. Anyone use Revoice? As I understand it, it looks to be direct competition with Melodyne. Is that correct? Or is that a program that Apple users use? And why wouldn't Autotune want some of this action?
-
Keni, I am going to go out on a limb here and say that you must have put in a feature request, correct? Cause Chuck brought up another of my little niggles, the automation lanes. They are just like the take lanes in tha they are too small. And when you go to do some really detailed work with reverbs, delays, and eq's and such it get's to be, like Chuck says, a PITA when you get a lot of automation lanes on one trk.
-
Looks like a very high class limiter. @Zo I was wondering the same thing. And as Larry says, I haven't seen them doing that for several months now. I was hoping they would do something big for Memorial Day sale..... I have saved my voucher for this reason..... to only be let down?

The suggestions that msmcleod and Craig gave are excellent. But if you don't want to go with those suggestions, you could use a totally different HH sample (with the high freq your looking for) and have it triggered along with the original sample and adjust to taste.
