I understand. I feel the same way about Pace!!

Paulo I didn't take what you said in a bad way. I was just mentioning how I use it. And when you change the sound, it does change the midi associated with the sound. At first it was like wt*? Then I realized that before I change the sound, just drag the pattern I was using into the DAW. I think you have to change the way it gets it sounds after that if you want to hear the midi in your DAW., not at my machine right now..

Riffer is a very useful tool I have found. It's worth the asking price. Certainly worth the sale price. That's close to what I paid for it. It was on sale when I got it.

I have really worked with Strum and have found it to be quit a capable guitar synth. If you learn to work all the key switches, you can make some really real sounding strumming. I am a guitar player, not a keyboardist. So my skills in playing a guitar are far superior than my skills at playing a keyboard, much less playing a keyboard to make it sound like a guitar, if you followed that. : ) Strum is made for a keyboardist (a good one) to play realistic guitar strumming while recording. That's it's strength. However, they give a lot of info on what's going on in the manual. I have learned I can use that info on a midi track to make some very respectable strumming along with say a piano or strings. And I am just scratching the surface.

That's how was for me too. And I couldn't even give them away because of the very same reason. Just didn't make any sense.

Well I just got all three. Plus I d/l the loopmasters plugin and got some free stuff too. I picked the zip file for all three. Anyone else did anything different?

Did you do the little Task app it has? At the end it gives you a chance to give feedback.

I am thinking that AMD is not really worried about single core performance. They are more concerned (to me at least) with getting the multicore thing down pat. And they are very close to exactly that. And it's surprising everyone that Intel has fallen behind in the 10nm race. Most of the new chips are still 14nm. Why DAW devs ( I am including VST devs in this too) haven't programmed for multi-threaded multicore CPU's yet leaves me wondering why. I am sure that a lot has to do with the code of the older programs we use. But at some point someone will make that leap. Just not in the foreseeable future. Things run good enough I guess!! LOL

To d/l 1.3gb of sounds click here: http://citizendj.labs.loc.gov.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/loc-fma/use/ Found lots of interviews with lots of different people in the music industry. Singers, musicians, engineers: http://citizendj.labs.loc.gov.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/loc-joe-smith/use/ To be honest, I think this is a site that would interest a lot of people. It appears to be a site under development, so go with some patience and don't loose interest too fast. The little while I looked around there I found more stuff to keep me busy for hours and hours!! Thanks MandolinPicker for this post.

I am going to get EZ Bass when it comes out. Other than that, I'm good to go!! And it's only $179! I really thought it would be more than that. -
Blessed be to you also!

I thought the Mr Ed reference meant that, since Mr Ed can't really speak, he is only mouthing what someone else is saying, that was a reference to Peter just telling us what his higher ups are telling him. But as you can see, I way over thought that one!!! : ) Single digit taxes? Where? Here in Louisiana it's 10% most places. Well, technically, it's 9.5%. But since there is no half cents, you get charged the full 10% anyway. @fitzroy I didn't agree with Peter about Taxes. I was disagreeing with your remark about Peter. Most of us here in the states don't like taxes at all and can totally understand how because of them, something becomes less of a value.

I can say this much, Peter is a true member of the forum. He has helped many in his capacity as a IK rep. But to say he is a Troll is unfounded.

Looks good. Thanks ZT

Peter I was hoping to come back here an edit my post before You saw it! The support guys took care of me. Here is the deal: I just registered my ARC 2.5 product recently (when I built my new PC and got a new audio interface). That recent registration allowed me to get ARC 3.0 for free!! They just put it in my account!! I am a happy camper. I will alter my post above to reflect this. Thanks again Peter.

I got a response from Support about me not getting the $50 coupon. And this response was after I specifically told them it's not showing up on the Checkout page: Anyone else get a response from IK on this issue? Edit: Here is the deal: I just registered my ARC 2.5 product recently (when I built my new PC and got a new audio interface). That recent registration allowed me to get ARC 3.0 for free!! They just put it in my account!! I am a happy camper. I will alter my post above to reflect this.

This has been said many time over many years. Can you guess the key word?
