I've got a couple of iZotope plugins, like RX Standard, Vocal Doubler, and Ozone Standard. All of their major plugins is very very very CPU hungry. They really bog down the computer! For that reason, I don't plan to invest any more into their software.

This is deceptive advertising on Plugin Alliance part... LoL Plugin Alliance says "ANY" yet then in smaller print says except these products... So it really isn't ANY. I don't trust Plugin Alliance just because of this deceptive advertising! Edit: I never installed any of Plugin Alliance plugins. I've got codes for Plugin Alliance plugins from my Komplete update to 14, I registered them, but never installed them.

I've been seeing a lot of sales for MeldaProduction plugins. They must be needing money as if right now or is that just JRRShop?

Very good plugin! I used it in my song "Unfinished Songs" to make the acoustic guitar change into a electric guitar that sounds like the same guitar used by Green Day via Guitar Pro 5 and back to a acoustic guitar between chorus. Changes to Electric slowly starting at the beginning of the Chorus, then near the end it slowly changes back to a acoustic guitar. Listen to it here:

I love HorNet plugins, but never understood why the push certain products like "Magnus".

The worst $10 of my life! I bought it for $10 and it's not worth that much! The interface is horrible as it's always blue and it's has a huge learning curve. Get ready to sit down for hours and hours trying to figure this plugin out!

Perfect for Halloween music, Satanic music, Music for horror or fantasy movies, etc. I bet I could write some scary Halloween songs and sell them with this? I'm betting on the best way to sell music nowadays is to sell to a group of niche listeners. I'll be saving money for Genesis, then.

For $10 more, I could buy the M.2 V-NAND 970 EVO PLUS SSD from Samsung on Amazon. No special codes required. I bought it 5 years ago for $500! It's still in my history.

Today my system is RAM and Disks are different, I'm now running 2TB Samsung M.2 V-NAND SSD 970 EVO PLUS and 1TB Samsung SSD. I've also upgraded the RAM from 12 to 32GB. I've not tested the software since my upgrades, but these upgrades didn't upgrade the core which is the CPU, so I don't think it would matter much if I tried the software again.

I have the same computer. I used BandLab Cakewalk when I last tried it. I've not tried it using Reaper, because of my horrible experience in Cakewalk. I don't think DAWS can solve the hogginess.

I'm starting to worry that I shouldn't have dug this out of the graveyard...

I think I'll wait for 8dio Liberis to go on sell for $40-50 again sometime this year? The only bad thing is... Will my inspiration to use such a library go away when 8dio has it's sell?

I'll have to keep my eyes open for that, as that would be more affordable than Genesis!

I'm currently thinking about getting Genesis from AudioBro, but $189.00 is allot of money to throw down, even if it's 52% off! The library has been around for five years, which means they'll be around many more years later, perhaps? It will be complex to get them into modern music (pop, rock, country, etc), but easy for Christmas songs or Satanic songs. Is it really worth $189 for maybe a hand full of songs to produce? Still no update on how HOGGY that interface is? I installed it a year ago, and many of the instruments I couldn't use because it was hogging my CPU nearly 100% of the time!

I missed this deal.. It's back up to $400. Why in the world does a company do sales like that? Mark it up 10 times the price, and once in a while have a sale?

The problem is I think I let the software company create me an account and install PACE ilok software... Although, I can't seem to locate PACE or ilok on my system... Either I uninstalled it or it's hiding somewhere?
