  1. I installed it an hour ago. I still prefer VSL's older libraries over the 'Synchron' sound although I do like the player.
  2. VSL Big Bang Orchestra- Free VSL is giving away a new sample library, for free: Big Bang Orchestra Feel the power of a full orchestra playing at the same time with multiple mic at the Synchron Stage Vienna. Use this library to create dramatic, mysterious or soft soundscapes. Or just use it to add more power to your music. - 4 Articulations: shorts, long notes, swell shorts and fast runs - 3 velocity layers - 10 + 1 microphone positions - Several mixing presets - Synchron Player with included FX. Shape and create your own sounds. - NKS-ready "Big Bang Orchestra is a well designed tool for creating bold orchestral statements in seconds." - Ramin Djawadi All you need is an account on the VSL website, as well as a ViennaKey / eLicenser. To make your decision easier we discounted the ViennaKey and the shipping cost in our WebShop until the 31th of October. https://www.vsl.co.at/en/bbo
  3. Got me with the piano into, there's nothing like musicians performing music together live. Can't get that vibe any other way! On laptop here it sounded great.
  4. Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.
  5. Yesterday I found & mixed down this older unfinished light symphonic instrumental project. I wrote this with GigaStudio 3 & probably Cakewalk 6. Parts need to be re-tracked but it's going back into my archives as this lo-fi demo mix.
  6. Thanks guys, I've always liked listening to & writing Latin music. Performing it live is a blast.
  7. Sept. 21-27 Use Coupon Code HAPPYFIFTH https://mbritt.com/

  10. Thanks OJ, glad you enjoyed it.
  11. A good tip, I learned this years ago when I took recording studio course at Long Beach State. Think it was called the over under technique.
  12. Another loss. The Cars were a fav. of mine, great tunes & sound. ( Elliot Easton a very underrated guitarist)
  13. Thanks Tom, I appreciate the feedback.
  14. Thanks Gary Thanks for that. Grant is a much overlooked guitar player imo, His solo on Feel So Good is iconic, that tune help bring instrumental jazz (pop) into the mainstream.
  15. Thanks Carl, glad you enjoyed it!
  16. Today I re-mastered a master ( yes I said remaster a master) from a Cake project no longer exists, the only remaining file I have is the old 16b master wav. An internet collaboration where the tracks used were mainly mp3's & zero room correction back then. Still a demo but trying to get it to translate across systems better than it did.
  17. I have a $25.00 voucher, who wants it?
  18. This was a good freebie deal, now lists for $99.00 http://www.acustica-audio.com/store/products/ceil
  19. Thanks, I guess you could say this is my typical writing style although it varies. Thanks Steve & Tom, I appreciate the feedback. Glad you enjoyed the tune.

    THROWN AWAY

Enjoyed it, sure does has a Paul Simon vibe to it. There's so many nuances that I hear in the writing, sound & vocal style. - Great job
  21. Enjoyed the track. I'm on laptop here, sounded pretty good. I use AAS synths from time to time, don't really have a favorite. Soundtoys are some of my favorite effect plugins though.

    Swinging

Nice use of textures & pads. Also the tempo, I can hear it being used for licensing; ads, background etc..
  23. A Dan fan for years too so thank you for the compliment!
  24. Enjoyed both the tune & video; great job. Congrats on the release.
