For those of you who have latency problems. Its took me ages to find a solution to fix the high system load that kept popping up in my windows 11 installation. I have now solved it.. its a long process of things to optimize but it works fine now. Hope some people find it helpful. Thanks @mark skinner You have been a big inspiration to me with your music and I listen a lot to what you have to say always. Your knowledge of this genres has been crucial in me finding my way around. I have mostly worked as a "live sound engineer" and singer and country is quite new to me. Learning to mix for records is a completely different experience all together. If I admit its quite hard to get away from that "live" sound!! Also "call and response" was a new term I learnt and never heard of it before!! Cheers for the comments and help.

Well done Kevin. Put a little parallel compression on you vocal... and then blend it in. Or a little saturation. Reckon your vocal will then pop! Vocal to vocal buss. New buss... vocal crush.. send vocal from you vocal track to vocal crush (smash the hell out of it) then blend in.
