    Night Beach

@emeraldsoul Thanks Tom, I have nothing special in my master buss. From the top down Cakewalk N-Type Console with the Drive set to about 1.9 Cakewalk Buss Compressor just for glue threshold -5.4dB % 5ms Attack, Auto release, No makeup. No SC and 100% wet No EQ Cakewalk Tape Emulator 15ips, Record level about 2 playback about 11. I did run it through oZone 8 essentials, as I was feeling lazy, which did add a little top end EQ and a little limiting gain to bring it up in level as it was a touch quite out of the mix so no squishing occurred in the processing. Normally I would not bother with oZone I usually use the LP EQ and the Adaptive limiter, but today well.

    Belladonna

It has the Santana vibe to the guitar, the support band not so much for me but it's your song and you are the one who should be happy, sweet guitar tone, nice one.

@amiller My thanks glad it created that picture for you too.

    Night Beach

Thank you @antler I was listening to it and that is exactly what the furry brain imagined too, much better the title than July 2019 Project 4

    Night Beach

Late at night on a deserted beach far from the crowds of madness along with the noise they make Night Beach Thanks for the listen Synths used Synclavier V, CMI V, ARP Odyssey, Wurli V
  6. Tom revealing the true source of his emerald soul, that reptilian DNA. Is this what I expected pretty much, nice fret-less bass, real or sample? I did enjoy the eclectic nature of this @emeraldsoul the mix sounds OK, there are probably some minor tweaks you could make but there always is. Thanks for sharing
  7. Nicely done @Kaustub M. Joshi mix works well here I enjoyed the vibe the sense of loss and seeking.
  8. Captain Beefheart sprang to mind as this all kick off knowing that at some point the band was going to kick in. I was not disappointed.
  9. Personally I have always seen Melodyne as something you use post recording not something to use as you are recording. As I understand ARA it is not like VST which is processed on the fly it in effect moves the Audio to another space for processing. Perhaps that is the issue. I could be wring it would not be the first time.
  10. @Myriad Rocker Only listening on a set of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro's mix two sounds more open then mix 1.
  11. Mix comes across OK here, there a couple bands doing this sort of thing Bass and Drummer.
  12. Definitely has that chilled vibe to it @bjornpdx however those subliminal messages also contained your bank account details and number, clearance code and pin number thank you . Thanks for sharing.
  13. This is where the Wookiee offends peeps, I prefer your version to his @garybrun. Sorry never could get him, as was once said about him in a revealing documentary, he was in the right place at the right time and also quite compliant to his managements requirements. Sad he died the way he did.

    The Dance

Again not my thing but this does sound well produced @garybrun. Backing tracks ain't so bad think how many artists use them. Thanks for sharing.

    Your Man

Not a country listener normally @garybrun but this sounded very accomplished.
  16. @Myriad Rocker It is possible you have added me and Grem to you ignore user list????
  17. @Tezza Having used Arturia synths since the original release of their take on the Moog Modular way back in the early 90's they have become my go to source for synths. When the CS 80 V, ARP 2600 V and Prophet V were released I added them. They then introduced the collections series of which I have had everyone. Personally I love them and the new ones added in the V7 collection are all excellent With the Mellotron having the ability to add your own samples as well, provided you keep to the length rules.
  18. @Myriad Rocker As I can not PM you I have to tel you here, it does seem to have gone and why is not completely understood. I suggest you re-post in a new post.
  19. @Myriad Rocker Yes I did sorry I got distracted by something else unfortunately I did not find anything in the bin. Even a search using Google did not find. I will have a word with someone further up the food chain.
  20. Sounds nice here.
  21. @synkrotron Thanks Andy I thought of you as this fell out of the furry paws, absolutely Arturia do seem to have this modelling stuff down to a fine art.
  22. I would recommend not using ASIO4all as it is reality not an ASIO driver but a wrapper around a WMD driver. Better to try using the WASAPI I get good results with it and a Realtek on board sound card when I can not be asked to fire up my studio. I though Behringer had issues a proper drivers for their interfaces.
  23. No comment on the vocal @AndyB01 (well know fact Wookiee singing kills all none Wookiee life forms within a Par Sec) I like this it has a very heartfelt delivery, I am obviously hearing the remix, though you have said it still needs a tweak or three. Will keep the furry ears on the lookout for such.
