Tokyo Dawn Slick EQ updated to 1.3.1

we've updated SlickEQ and SlickEQ GE to version 1.3.0, followed by a hotfix
to 1.3.1.


Beside adding VST3 support and Catalina compatibility (which we'll soon roll
out across all our products), this update enhances both plugins with 3 UI
scales (100%, 125% and 150%), zero latency modes, and fixes several bugs.

SlickEQ GE also comes with deep functionality updates: A new Smart
Operations panel, a special Dual Mono mode imposing randomized tolerance
similar to real world electronics (double click the logo to randomize), and
a new saturation mode "seven".
