I love Cakewalk

Just a comment - had to use ProTools for a class recently and ick! To be fair, some stuff is just that it works in a different way than I am used to, but there are a bunch of issues too and a number of limitations that exist just because it supports a very hardware-centric flow. I was so glad when the class was over and I could get back to Cakewalk.  And I really *wanted* to like Pro Tools - it's still in use in so many places. But I just couldn't.

If I had a dollar for every time a client stood behind me over the last few years, while I was tracking them in Cakewalk, and he said...."Huh...I wish I could do that in Pro Tools", I'd probably have about $20....lol
