Apparently you get a full copy of Groove Agent 5 Ultimate Drum Studio with this which seems pretty decent deal for $120. https://www.thomannmusic.com/steinberg_ur22_mk2_value_edition.htm I am not sure what the exact difference between Groove Agent 5 and Groove Agent 5 Ultimate Drum Studio, but from what I have seen, it is the full version of GA.
