cclarry Posted September 2, 2021 Share Posted September 2, 2021 Vinyl Guitar is a simple, but incredibly unique sounding guitar VST. It's perfect for LoFi, Chill, Trap, Sad Trap, and even Pop. I decided to sample an acoustic guitar, but I didn't want to make just another sterile sounding library. So I decided to do something I don't think has ever been done in the world of sampling... I combined each sample into one long "song" and had that pressed to a vinyl record. I then resampled the sounds coming from my record player back into my DAW. I spent a few weeks re-chopping up the samples and cleaning them up and then made the plugin. I think it's one of the most unique sounding guitar VST's out there, but you should be the judge of that.
