Sort of doubt it as that is a device that has roots in Windows 98/ 2000 and Xp all 32 bit. Your best bet would be to run Windows XP 32 bit under a dual boot system. If you still have a Xp install disk kicking around. 
A lot of us keep older systems running just to use otherwise obsolete gear. I have XP just to use my Printer that prints directly to printable CD’s. I have W7 just to use some video stuff and a few other apps.

I had both the Roland U8 and it's successor the Edirol UR80.... IIRC, the U8 worked fine in Windows 98 and XP, but didn't work as well in Win 7 32 bit.

I had better luck with the UR80 with Win 7 32 bit, as the drivers were newer, but it was still a bit hit & miss.
