This 1.1 update adds a Guqin and a Bawu, Tibetan bowls and some other percussion, but the big thing is more multi-patches, so you can play different articulations from one patch. That was one of the biggest complaints people had about the first addition. Kudos to Strezov for listening to their customers and making this big update. I look forward to trying it out. When this came out there weren't so many Chinese libraries out there, but since then OT came out with Phoenix, NI definitely has one in the works, and Tarilonte says he is working on one too. Perhaps more significantly there have been a lot of top-level solo instruments that hit the market from Three-Body Technology and Ample Sound. It's not practical for a big library to have all the features that these ones offer for single instruments. I think this is all great, The big question for a new buyer is whether they want to buy a large library like this (and get a ton of instruments) or if they will want to focus on the more full-featured solo libraries. JEO also has a lot of Mongolian stuff, including two choirs, plus instruments from Japan and Vietnam.
