Help Needed on Move Tool (in Multiples of Ticks)

When using Sonar Artist and having recorded some MIDI notes, I go to the Piano Roll page. When using the Move Tool to drag and move the notes to the correct Start Times (ST), I realise it is a refined movement of every exact movement of ticks! Is there anyway I can configure or set the movement of the drag to be say in the multiples of 120 ticks? In other words, I want it to be it is although I'm dragging the note in a "quantised" way, or akin to the Snap to Grid function in Microsoft PowerPoint (when moving objects in big standard steps).

You could also use the nudge settings.

Thanks to both! However, I'm now only able to choose the Snap to Grid function to be of the most "Extreme" Intensity so that each movement on the Piano Roll is now on multiplies of 120 ticks.

Despite changing all "nudge 1" to "nudge 3" to the assignment of "musical time" of "1/8 triplet", I still can't move the notes on Piano Roll to 1/8 triplets (i.e. multiples of 320 ticks. Is there anything I'm missing?
