Cakewalk by BandLab Mutes Other Windows

Hello everybody,

I have another question about Cakewalk by BandLab. At first I was okay with this problem, but I realized I needed to fix it. The problem is Cakewalk by BandLab mutes my other windows. I changed something in my settings so that Cakewalk by BandLab would allow  different windows to play their audio (ex. YouTube) as long as Cakewalk was minimized. However, I want to know if there was a way to let Cakewalk by BandLab run audio if its still open. I want to know this because there are multiple times when I forget to minimize Cakewalk and then when I go to YouTube, it fails to render the audio (so then I have to keep refreshing the page).

Make sure CbB is not running WASAPI Exclusive driver mode and the sample rate is the same as Windows.

Check your preferences to see if Suspend Audio Engine When Cakewalk Is Not In Focus is  enabled. If it is, try disabling it to see if that makes any difference.

I tried it and the other windows were still muted. Is there any other method will will stop this problem?
