I stand corrected...I did not have Custom Shop open...once I did that...white noise went away
    and all is fine...my mistake

Better that than a bug!  Thanks for letting me/us know.  Whew :)

  2. I guess I don't understand the question.  You would need to download the product to your computer which would require an online computer unless you are using a physical product.  You don't need a "stub installer" from your DAW (which I honestly don't quite understand fully either), you can download the installers for any of our products in your IK User Area per the first line in the FAQ:  "Make sure the latest plugin version is installed, available in the IK User Area > My Products."

You would transfer the downloaded installer to your offline computer, run the installer there, then follow the rest of the steps.

I have the CS open when I use it, and every 30 seconds or so it gives white noise.
If I turn the plugin off, the white noise goes away....

That is not the normal behavior, with CS open in the background and connection to the internet there will be no noise under normal conditions.  I have bumped your ticket again, too, so when there's a reply you may want to let them know about this too.  Thanks!

If you buy the fender collection, does that come with amplitube or do you have to buy amplitube separately and the fender collection is an add on.

I did try the demo of amplitube but got rid of it, I don't like their shop mentality, everything was minus a feature that you had to go to the shop to buy.  Also, I don't think their install and authorization process is compatible with my DAW. I don't think you can download to a separate computer and then transfer the product over to the offline DAW, I might be wrong there though.

We do offer offline authorization.  Please check this FAQ for more details:  https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1045

Yes, the Custom Shop has to be open, but the plugins force that when you open them in your DAW.
And yes, there is white noise every 30 seconds in Try Mode, which is also Lame...but I can understand
that, if they are in try mode, and you use them to make a hit record, without having paid, then IK is
losing out ( I jest of course)

There is no white noise at all in try mode if you keep Custom Shop open in the background and are connected to the internet.

For anybody having issues demoing, please check out the FAQ at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=798

  6. I'm not sure, but I can at least say that I reiterated the requests for a group buy and that people would of course want to see these in them.  I do also recall that in the last T-RackS Group Buy people requested the T-RackS 5 base suite be a choice too.  All of that has been relayed.

Hesitant myself. Then again, when the next group buy pops up and reaches 5-for-1 or more, I could get them four tapees and an extra plug for $80.

They are 99.99 each so you'd need to buy in at that level or higher (if they are in a group buy, that is, since they're so new...)

I found it!!! The zone channel for zone 1 had somehow got set to channel 2!!!!

You must remember on the M-audio Keystation Pro 88 (old model) to press global channel button TWICE to set the ZONE channel!!

    Thanks for your help.

Glad it is sorted!  And you were only one step away from also having to remember to stand on your head and spit wooden nickels to get it set up :)

I don't think feature wise anything is even close to Superior Drummer 3. What I also like about SD 3 is that it gets updated regularly.

We of course did a competitive analysis including SD3 (as any serious company would do) and we absolutely offer as much if not more (like the infinite velocity layers, kick beater topology modeling, stick type modeling, 20-piece vs 16-piece kit  max # of elements, etc) and we'll update it as necessary but note that with modeling you'll find less rampant updating is necessary as with companies like AAS etc who mostly rely on major release updates because that's really what's mostly necessary.

Glad you are happy with their product, though.  I like what they do too.
