  1. Everybody's doing the Nu-Tron III dance. Plus the two mics I missed, *Yosemite Sam voice* frigga fragga
  2. Well, I had ONE of those. Verifying the other two, will have them added too if you are correct and from what I see... you are.
  3. Thank you and note I may have missed a piece of gear that isn't in any collection nor in any version of AT5 / MAX. I'm verifying and if I am indeed missing that gear (I don't think I need to remind anybody here that I'm not infallible ) it should be added tomorrow morning and I'll let you know.
  4. That's what I meant. The virtual versions have been available in AmpliTube from September 9th. We posted news on our site, sent emails to all AmpliTube 5 registered users about the update, and I believe we sent out a "marketing" email about it as well (which would not go out to all AmplITube 5 users because we send an update mailing to them as it is and not all are signed up for those kinds of emails). Edit - I see what you mean, but these are part of AmpliTube so the virtual versions are not standalone processors. You can use AmpliTube with all other sections turned off if you want the "singles" type of functionality.
  5. Sorry my bad, I took them off the list to try to make it less confusing and... forgot to update the main count above the list!
  6. You can back up the zip files, yes. The download is what expires not the use of the samples/sounds themselves. Personally I back up the actual installed uncompressed folder structure so it can be more "portable" but that takes up more space. For others who want to know what the 27 items that were previously unavailable to those without an AmpliTube MAX product or to those who purchased them a la carte (excluding the new X-GEAR virtual pedals from this list) are: T-Rex Moller 24.99 T-Rex Mudhoney 24.99 T-Rex® Replica™ Model 24.99 Nirvana 24.99 Pinnacle Deluxe 24.99 Seek Trem 24.99 Seek Wah 24.99 Contour Wah 24.99 Power Grid 24.99 Shape Shifter 24.99 ENGL E650 34.99 ENGL Powerball 34.99 HiAmp 24.99 V3M 34.99 MAZ 18 Jr. 24.99 Z Wreck 24.99 MB 150 S 24.99 JCA100H 34.99 JCA20H 24.99 THD Bi-Valve 14.99 4x12 HiAmp 9.99 2x12 V3M 9.99 1x12 MAZ 18 Jr. 9.99 2x12 Z Wreck 9.99 1x12 MB 150 S 9.99 4x12 E 412 PRO XXL 9.99 4x12 E 412 Standard 9.99
  7. The HiWatt is a staple. ENGLs are both great in my opinion. Dr Z are often overlooked, I'd try those to see if you like them. V3M can be a bit of a sleeper hit, give that a try too. If you have the Soldano, you can leave the Jet City version that's basically based on that amp (JCA100H) as a more final choice if you have more openings later.
  8. A certain ubiquitous someone had those added. What a maroon! You're welcome. They are new algorithms for the pedals, they just use AT5 tech. You're welcome. Exactly
  9. Just to make sure I cover the basics since I often skip right over them (my bad), when you use something like our tape machines, are you setting your buffer size to a larger value? Since our tape machines and some of our other processors are meant for mixing and/or mastering purposes, you'd typically want to go pretty large on the buffer size which can help performance and will not have other impact since you are not tracking directly with them. Those tape machines are definitely not meant for real-time tracking.
  10. The real Tiny Terror is an amazing amp, sad that they're not making them any more. I went low wattage a while ago and haven't looked back. I do not have the handwired edition that we modeled but I do have the Korean-made version before they moved production to China if that means anything tone-wise but I couldn't tell you. I've only played this one I have and the model we did of the handwired version. For real amps my other low-wattage choice is a Fender Blues Junior which also sounds really great. I have used both in an A/B/Y setup with the Tiny Terror as the dirty side and the Blues Jr as the clean side and it worked very well. The Tiny Terror responds well to certain types of pedals and I was using boost, overdrive, and/or EQ pedals in front of a Tiny Terror like you'd push other amps and get to the "almost channel-switching" kind of vibe. But it really starts dirty for me even though it has some clean headroom. I had better success pushing a mid-boost, standard overdrive, standard booster (the Seymour Duncan with a pretty insane max boost - ignore the "pickup simulation" part on that one IMHO - plus I used to have an old LPB-1 but it was NOISY), and a treble booster. Those all worked pretty well with it.
  11. AVX has been supported by nearly all Intel processors since 2011 and AMD since the Jaguar family of processors in 2013. Sounds odd that a modern AMD would not support it.
  12. I just named a couple of things we're hopefully coming out with (very early, not related to what I had mentioned was pending already) so I'll have to keep this one in pocket.
  13. We already have some great new products (software and hardware) in the works - hopefully some is going to be available sooner than one might expect. We put a lot back into the company for expansion of our in-house manufacturing, getting hardware to model into software, research and development of current and new software, etc but we also had to take into consideration the component shortage and fun market/supply chain drama while the world goes a little bonkers.
  14. Yes, that's what the official end would have been
  15. I'll probably be awake at midnight, if I remember I will take a look. If I'm a few Lagavulins in, though, I can't be trusted to remember.
  16. Thank you all, this has been fun so far. I hope we can keep the fun and wonder going through October. At this point and definitely if when this gets to 25K it is just a huge deal regardless of the fact that it used to be a real nail-biter. I can't play favorites but I am pretty sure I interacted here the most so we'll leave it at that Just when I was feel all happy and sentimental you had to go and gloat Hehe but really I'm so happy to lose this one. I appreciate this as much as Zolton's sentiments to which you were replying. I think I might just crack open some champagne soon. Or just that bottle of Lagavulin 16 that is for whatever reason still nearly full
  17. I pitched the idea of everyone except @InstrEd
  18. Was just about to say as long as @InstrEd doesn't get a free MIDI controller I'm open to suggestions.
  19. You have 30 days after the promo ends for that. This popped into my head, though, for 30 Rock fans...
  20. Please make way for those last 8 people of the current tier
