There was an issue where folks with a free version (choice from the group buy, etc) were not seeing the proper upgrade path/pricing so our IT department implemented a temporary fix using an automatically-applied coupon. Unfortunately those cannot be combined with JamPoints but the support team should be able to manually process an order until the permanent fix is in place. I have relayed your ticket to our Support Manager to see what happened there. Thank you.

Does finally getting my hands on an Xbox Series X that was supposed to be procured LAST November count? Got one that I had promised the grandkids last Christmas too finally.

Use Jamstix with that MODO DRUM you might have picked up in the group buy Ralph's a good'un and love the stuff he puts out.

The only thing I can suggest is a Restore My Purchases in Custom Shop and maybe un-authorize/re-authorize them in IK Product Manager. Beyond that I'm sure IK Support can help see what is going on there.

So that qualifies for the free v12 as well? I've got 10.5 now and have hesitated on 11 but I'd gladly pick that up to at least be ready for 12 free

There were some server-side fixes early this morning, and per support testing and dev teams this is what should fix any remaining issues (and going forward there shouldn't be authorization issues): 1) Open Syntronik 2 or SampleTank 4 2) Open the Custom Shop 3) Click your User Name in the Custom Shop's upper right-hand corner 4) Select "Restore My Purchases" 5) All sounds should now unlock

Yes but today most cases will be Syntronik 1 or Syntronik Deluxe (including bundled in Total bundles and free GB choices) to Syntronik 2 MAX for 149.99 But yes also Syntronik 2 or 2 SE to MAX is 149.99.

Not useless, you get presets using the new synths for one... Edit and Syntronik 2 will be the fully-supported version going forward soon so there's that too.

Upgrade, the MAX upgrade is $/€149.99 I have let the team know that some cannot see the upgrade pricing. I wouldn't remove the previous unless you replace existing projects that use them first. Sorry to hear that, I'll let the team know but we're using a CDN that should provide great speeds and I'm not seeing the issue from where I am but they can take a closer look to see if there are any issues that might affect others.

It is fine, I think these things come out time to time about many companies and it is frequently news to those companies' officers lol Edith - and at least this isn't one of those cases where they're fishing to get us and/or others to purchase some "report" about it. Pretty sure they realize most companies have smartened up in that aspect.

Sadly it is not tomorrow. I wish. Still looks good for this month, pending any issues with FAME folks not being happy with something odd or a true blocker bug but we look good beyond all that. Just not "tomorrow good" unfortunately.

The group of serials that didn't work properly are fixed now. I was told this a little while ago: There was an issue with some serials not being accepted by IK PM earlier in the AM but now all SKU/serials are working now confirmed by the testing team.
