Yep i know but you know how lazy we are now lol .... shame on me since i edited a lot of that take in soundforge to clean things around i should have done it then ...
as per Fleer's intuition 🙂
What I find strange is we actually waste lots of time by messing around.
....let's just put this (plugin) on, than this, great it sounds better, than this... fiddle more, than more.. almost always sounds better, right, at least louder - louder is better... than fiddle some more, adjust fiddle again.
Then I take everything away, and if level matched I almost always prefer the original. We loose so much especially with, De-Brethe, De-plause, de-ess, de-this, de-that = de-stroy!
I find this especially true for the vocals, presuming they are well recorded in the first place. For all that ''wasted' time experimenting with the plugins I could have just gone through the original (edited) vocal track and make the required automation (or cuts- fades) for the relevant vocal elements.
Same time spent = much better final result. But is it more fun than fiddling with the plugs? no way... just way more hard work = better results.
But hold on aren't we the big boys with the toys, just love to be at play 🙂.?. SO here comes Larsy again with his another deal, we grab the 'virtual 'wallet, get the fix... and enjoy our play in our custom 'virtual' playground... finally!
Seriously though... I always ask myself what is the reason for me destroying that lovely sound of my expensive mic, boutique pre amp and great compressor chain that I used at the tracking stage?

@Zo by far the best result I had the last time I was in need for a De-plosive massage was: zoom in to the waveform, cut just before the offending P, T, CH plosives -> make a short fade in (over the first portion of the sound) -> adjust the fade in to taste, done... Most natural sounding.. RX9 and others destroyed the sound too much for my liking!
It was truly worth the effort!

Yes, The code is based on how much you've bought.
I don't know if there is a timeframe thing though.
It doesn't appear to be timeframe thing.. more like over-life spent x amount = x% amount of discount (my current: You have purchased Acustica Audio products for a total value of EUR 750 to EUR 1000, so you are entitled to a personal discount of 30% OFF your next purchase.)

BTW I think they're planning an upcoming sale using either previous flash or personal codes. I'd hang on to your personal codes even if they're expired or not used.
Thanks for the heads-up HS!

Your insignia looks a lot like this:
I know it's a marketing gimmick, appealing to some of the heavy metal crowd, but still........ I enjoy watching a supernatural or satanic movie every now and then but I wouldn't be painting the Sigil of Baphomet or it's likeness on my acoustic or electric guitar and neither would I buy a guitar VST with that on it. I don't know how you can say you are Orthadox Christians yet produce a product with that on it. Actions speak louder than words. Can't you just change it into a mysterious looking triangle shape since triangles would be compatible with your Cabal title being mysterious and intriguing like the Bermuda Triangle.
It's annoying because I am interested in buying Guitar VST's and then having to write a company off because of that. If your thinking of branching into more mainstream avenues like pop then it might be worth thinking about changing it. Just providing some feedback.
Interesting, putting it on purchase hold as well... due to the same facts.
@Wavelet Audio Any comments you could add regarding Tezza's find?

Hey guys! Thanks for the comments. We used to be lurkers here and joined to post a couple of comments. This pentagram is just a decoration. Cabal 8 is created under the massive influence of the Doom game and its soundtrack, obviously. We are not close to satanism and do not wish to share its ideas. We are orthdox christians and people of science. Can't help but say at first we thought our instrument would work well for hard music genres only like djent or metal. But then we realized it works pretty well for many types of music genres like pop or even EDM. Take a note, we removed the pentagram from all of our elements. But it's too difficult to remove it from the main instrument.
Hi and welcome.... Many thanks for the clarification!

And I know very little of Findand's history.
Hi Grem, pretty much same here... I'm originally form Croatia :-). Love being here in Finland, but history never was my strength and Sting's statement (that I truly sign for) didn't help either: History will tech us....

Have any of you fiddled around with HG-2? Not a roaring deal with voucher, but just wondering.
Using HG-2 all the time all over the place. Usually input very low like -7 even -9 db. Density also less then default (centre), little bit towards anti-clock wise. Mix around 40-50%. Output as needed. Alt tube is very good as well!
Did I say I like it ?? 🙂
