T-RackS 5 SE $/€49.99
Not a "Deal" I would buy. (does anyone on the forum not have T-RackS 5 already?)
Go for the T-RackS 5 MAX at $80. The three "reverbs" alone are worth the price of admission.
Sunset Sound, Fame and Stone Farm (I haven't installed Stone Farm yet as I am waiting to the next "group buy" to register it...).
These are the ones you want, not the CSR (its usable no doubt, but dated) that's included with SE.
Just my nickle98's worth, YMMV (but you can thank me later)t

if they even offer this, nobody's said as much
I suggest you check Noel’s profile, specifically his activity. Maybe then you’ll get your facts straight.

On March 28 Noel said this:
“Yes there are plans to have purchase options outside of backstage pass which was intended to be the quickest way to get it right now.”
You’d think that some here, who post more than I do, would notice stuff like this.
It’s actually pretty easy to “fact check”. Find one of Noel’s posts and check out his “activity”. He has made similar statements more than once. Admittedly he does not have the “last word” but he’s a whole lot closer to the powers that be than most; eh?I guess what I’m trying to say is; keep your “feet” out of your mouth.
In the coffee house you can “s” post as much as you like. Here? Try to stay relevant to the topic…

I get a similar one as well. SonarWorks is a bit of a s-h-i-t show. The one I see has a checkbox for "Don't show this again". Of course I always check
the box but it does no good.
I upgraded to the ReferenceID (or whatever they call it) and the last time I opened a project it ran me around in a circle to "Authorize" the software;
software I had authorized at time of the upgrade. Did I mention S-h-i-t Show?
Too bad RefID didn't come with a 30 day guarantee, they could have it back...t

@Brian Walton can’t disagree with anything you’ve said. Just wish they’d get to it!

wouldn't expect CbB to die in the very near term
Have you missed that many have complained that the re-activation interval of CbB has become shorter?
And yes Sonar 8.5 and SPlat are running fine, but neither has an integrated re-activation required.t

didn't necessarily see anything groundbreaking that Sonar will offer that Cbb doesn't already
The "real difference" is, at some point, 6 days, six weeks, six months (who knows?) CbB will no longer work.
As to a subscription to Backstage Pass, there is much more to it than access to Sonar. Whether or not this represents
"value"?, YMMV...
Most are waiting for the final word on pricing. I've opted for the monthly subscription, until "purchase" is available. As to "groundbreaking", the GUI has changed, evidently the vector graphics reduce the "load" and are more efficient.
Some like it, to me it seemed "flat" at first (think Sonar 8.5). It has NOT interrupted my workflow, and I'm "used" to it now.
All I'm really interested in, does it work like CbB (Yes), and allow me to move forward without a "huge" learning curve (Yes).I too tried S1 (hey, some love it and find it an improved workflow; for them). I guess I could "learn" to use it (why?).
My "plan B" was to transition to Reaper when/if SPlat became unworkable. Fortunately BandLab bailed us out.
And without a doubt CbB is a much more robust platform now than SPlat, and why wouldn't it be; its been a natural evolution. That's it in a "nutshell".
Should we still be sitting on the "edge of our seats"? some nine (what is the count now?) months later?
Well unless we all want to be IBTL, probably best to discuss that in private...t

I don't see anything at the Cakewalk site that has pricing.
And when they do release pricing, you won’t miss it. The forum will explode!

Not in front of the DAW right now, but are you selecting audio and midi tracks? If five are working fine (and I’m assuming those are all audio) all audio tracks should work.

I bought a second ToneX for the office when the $299 deal, came up (only I used my Whammy Jammies ala @Bapu.
Only to be "humped" by IKM once again, if I'd know the little guy was coming I would have just gone that route.
WTF, its only money, I might buy the little one anyway. Haven't played out in a long while, but I could plug it right
into the PA and leave my MR Bluesman at home...t

I'm holding out on this one until its in the $10 bin...
Given that the $85ish 6 pac days are over, I've gotten a little more, "selective", shall we say...t

I must have slept through the late 80’s, totally missed this one.
That being said, this was great!I fear that the general attitude on the forum is that BandLab is a joke and we are “above” that. We’ll, thanks for dispelling that notion! Great collaboration, simply amazing.

Hey Rik, gotta agree a little more motion to that drone. If I’m honest, at 6:14; too long for me.
