  1. Oracle X is a MNTRA sound library. MNDALA is the sample player and plugin that plays MNTRA libraries. I assume that you mean the MNDALA plugin is crashing Ableton? Have you tried either of their free libraries, Frcture or Rasa? Do they cause the same issue? They run fine here with Ableton, using MNDALA version 1.7.12. I rolled back from the 1.8.0 version they released recently due to some issues not related to crashes. I noticed that the version they are currently offering is 1.7.12. Are you using that one?
  2. Well it is a weekend, after all...
  3. I guess it's going to take a minute to update. Patience is a virtue!
  4. We have crossed the 3000+ finish line, but IK hasn't updated our promos with either the last one yet, or the multis... Edit: the final promos have been added to our accounts. Still pending the multis, but Peter has stated that their team has been notified about that...
  5. Just read page 38 and 39, and your answer will be revealed...
  6. I actually wasn't intending to sell them. Just wondering if I could give them away, if possible. NOPE!
  7. I just checked to see how much an IK transfer credit is: $19.95!!! 🙄 I have two Syntronik 1 Standard licenses and one Syntronik 2 Deluxe license available for transfer. But I can't even give them away for that money... sheesh! As if anyone would want them, LOL!
  8. Yes they can! I have all my content installed on my "D:" drive.
  9. Orakle X is in my cart. Haven't decided yet, still have 5 days... Very good deal for $29. Normally $120. Already have ATMA, and so this looks like a nice complement to that one for ambient. ARCA is also on sale direct from Mntra for $29, normally $80. https://www.mntra.io/arca Of course Larry previously posted a better deal for ARCA at PluginBoutique: https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/1-Instruments/64-Virtual-Instrument/8110-Arca
  10. I'll make an exception for beef brisket. Great BBQ sauce adds a nice touch! 😜
  11. I've never really liked the taste of A1 or any particular Steak Sauce. We always had it on the table at home... If the meat actually doesn't taste that great, you could always use ketchup! It works on burgers, right?
  12. Don't forget to look in Windows "Programs and features" for Syntronik 1. Let Windows uninstall as much as it can, them manually look for any remnants like .dll files and content folders that Windows might have missed, especially if you have ever moved anything from the default install locations. And I am going to back up any user data like Syn1 presets and multis that I have made, in case I want to use them in v2.
  13. Good summary of the options!
  14. I have all the synths now + 1 extra. Only 57 more to Bingo!!! Can't wait for them multis!!! 🤪
  15. Way to go! 👍 You just brought the GB down to 16 more for 30 free synths! We only need 216 to go all the waaaaaayyyy!!!
  16. That was a play on the phrase "Go big, or go home".
  17. Here's a breakdown of the essentials... Install Syntronik 2 CS (or whatever), and only use the Syntronik 2 content path for it. As you install new synths, using IKPM, force them to only install in the new Syntronik 2 path. For the original 22 synths, you must use the "reinstall" option in IKPM for each individual synth, so that it does a full install to the new path. If you have already added the content path for Syntronik 1 to Syntronik 2 settings, remove it. Once you do remove it, your Syn1 synths will "break" in Syn2 until you perform a "reinstall" for each one into the new content path. That will install all of the original content, plus the new presets and wave sets for Syn2 in the new location. If you do this, there shouldn't be any legacy dependencies relating to your original Syntronik 1 install from the Syntronik 2 perspective. At this point you should be clear to uninstall version 1. On the flip side, you could always leave Syntronik 1 as is, and live with the dependencies... Also, if you want to conserve disk space, only install the synths that you plan to use, or are your favorites. My plans are to trim the list down to 20 or so...
  18. Well since I am using a completely new Syntronik 2 content folder for all things Syn2, I am performing a "reinstall" for any of the "new" 22 Syn1/Syn2 upgraded instruments that I install. While that duplicates (temporarily) what I already have in my 22 original Syn1 synth content path (which I plan to delete), it eliminates all dependencies. So, in the end I will be able to uninstall/delete all of my original Syn1 installation. I have spent my entire working life as an IT guy, so this sort of stuff comes naturally ...
  19. Don't see why you couldn't delete the Syn 1. That's exactly what I plan to do! The only thing that might be an issue is if you are still using SampleTank 3. The Syn1 instruments are ST3 based, and it won't play with Syn2. I have added a unique content path for Syntronik 2 and all new Syn2 installs are going in there. So when I say bye bye to Syn1, I'm not expecting any dependencies. I do plan to backup any presets and multis I created in Syn1 so that I can copy them over to Syn2.
  20. That's the plan as far as I can tell!
