    Using SD card

You should just be able to use the export feature. It should list the SD card as removable media drive or something. It shouldn't be any problem.
  6. Wow! Thanks Larry! That's a good deal! I remember in 1998 when I spent $200.00 for a 20Gb hard drive, and was the envy of all my friends...😊
  7. I always loved the sound of Pentagon I.
  8. Are you using effect sends on the individual tracks, and routing the sends to dedicated fx busses, or are you just grouping guitars, vox etc, and sending them to their own busses that have fx on them? If you use effect sends on the individual tracks, they should show up on the bounced tracks.
  9. Stem mixdown normally means exporting the busses. I would suggest doing it like that instead of exporting every track.
  10. Well, we had the funeral today. Yesterday the fire dept. honor guard was there for the entire 4 hour visitation. There was a man standing at attention next to my dad at all times. Then at the end of the visitation, they all lined up in front of him, and slowly saluted him. It was pretty awesome. Today, at the funeral, the Navy honor guard was there. They did the 21 gun salute, played Taps, and folded the flag to present to his wife. Very awesome, and not a dry eye in the place. So great to see him honored like this. Rest in peace, Dad.
  11. Thank you Mudgel. Starise, you're right. I'm very happy that he's no longer suffering, but there have already been several times when I've had the urge to call him and then realize that I can't.
  12. Again, thank you all so much. Your sentiments are all very thoughtful and much appreciated. I just found out that there will be an honor guard from the Navy and from the fire dept. as well at his funeral. I won't be able to hold it together when they play Taps and fire the salute. He deserves the honors though. Thanks again guys.
  13. Hey guys, thanks so much. I really appreciate it. Bob Oister, I'm sorry for your loss as well, man.
  14. I just wanted to post this tribute to my Dad. He passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at 2:45am. He was 77. He served aboard the USS Intrepid CV-11 aircraft carrier from 1959-1963. He was involved in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and was also involved in retrieving astronaut Scott Carpenter when he returned to Earth. After that, he was a firefighter for 33 years, retiring in 2000, after suffering back injuries from falling through one too many roofs. He was a true hero, and I miss him terribly. Thanks for letting me post this. I love you, Dad.
  15. The first album was definitely my favorite. I wore that album out. Candy-O and the newer ones were okay, but didn't hold a candle to the debut album IMO.
  16. I'm very sorry John. I had a very similar experience a couple years ago. It hurts intensely. Time is the only thing that helps. Keep the avatar.

    BIG JOHN

Nice job on this Spak. Definitely a cool interpretation. My dad's name is John, and he used to play this 45 all the time when I was little. I always pretended the song was about him. I just downloaded the original song about a month ago. First time I've heard it in close to 40 years. Your version takes it in a whole different direction. Very imaginative interpretation!
  18. For me, it's not even necessarily for the benefit of those that may notice the difference. I work hard to make my songs the best that I can make them. I record at 24/96 because I want them to represent my efforts as accurately as I possibly can. I want them to sound as good as I'm able to for MY benefit, more than anyone else's.
