What !!! This is unbelievable news

It's been a whilst since I checked but they used to be pretty good about giving extra if you need to . Drop support an email...having said that support has been pretty poor in that last few months so who knows I think you can check your licences here: https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/manage-plugins.html but I also can't see how many deletions you have ? the FAQ says "The deletion limit is a way to prevent abuse, but we do understand that it can be an inconvenience, so we're pretty flexible. If you find that you're getting low on deletions, just contact support and explain why you need to reset your count"

fwiw - I picked up EMT2445 for $29 at audiodeluxe last year - with an extra 10% voucher code. So it's not impossible that they will drop it into this sale.

I did have an already used one issued by pluginboutique a few months ago - wonder if a stack of them leaked ? They were totally fine and just issued an immediate replacement. Just thought it odd at the time. It would be so easy for Toontrack to track and block them ? More likely they don't want to get involved with anything legal.

Picked this one up (plus the violin) initial thoughts.... Sound is good but the GUI/instrument control is very very basic. It's the same GUI as the freebie felt piano No Legato No Portamento the improvs are good (interesting) but the basic sound less so. No way to change articulations via the GUI - has to be a midi note (which isn't great on smaller keyboards) Volume matching between articulations is a bit out of whack - especially the improvs Vibrato is not totally convincing and is very limited in range will keep playing with it ..... ----- quick edit - not saying it's bad though - but it's not a replacement for emotional cello or the embertone one (or the spitfire solo strings..which I don't actually like) - and got to bear the price in mind

Nothing on the Suite upgrade though ? - which I'm currently happy about as I bought it from JRR last weekend ......but now I've tempted fate.... Great to have reason as a VST plugin

they eventually sent some "account confirmation emails" and those links threw up errors. I also enjoyed this advanced account management feature - when I requested a password change (which also didn't work) "The user account xxxxxx has this email associated with it. A web user from https://waldorfmusic.com has just requested that a new password be sent. Your New Password is: blahblahblah. If you didn't ask for this, don't worry. You are seeing this message, not them. If this was an error just log in with your new password and then change your password to what you would like it to be" meaning anybody can reset your password at any time, without user confirmation. Which is just annoying although not fatal...but they are also sending out passwords (and probably storing them) in plain text. Their website seems to be from the same era as the PPG itself Doesn't inspire confidence in the security of your data

I can't open an account at waldorfmusic I've tried twice the email says verified but the website gives an error blah blah blah - giving up. The pain/reward balance tipped in the annoying region.
