Roland TD-17KVX Electronic Drum Kit - Opinions please
craigb replied to synkrotron's topic in The Coffee House
I really enjoyed mine. Awesome stress relief too. Just realize that he will NOT be satisfied with the basic kit! That's how mine started out, but I ended up expanding it to the max. -
Kirlean photography is awesome, but are you referring to Aura-imaging?

I thought Bapu was the Pole...

Have you seen his modular setup? You HAVE to be able to figure things out to own one of those!
-
I wouldn't mind having a few of those in my studio! (Some of the synths too! 😁) *Goes off to find some Mike Oldfield in my collection...*

Best business plan I've heard today. Heck, I started with nothing and still have most of it left! 😀
-
Cool! Here's a picture of me playing in my huge, CJ-style studio with the lights off! Damn I look GOOD in front of those full-stacks, don't I??? 😆
-
Steve looks annoyed that some old guy is trying to butt in on his action! 😆
-
Um, there's printing on each that tells you? 🙄

Or, we are just part of the Source (as is everything else!). 😉

Wow! I didn't realize how many went last year... Jim Dunlop Dies (Plus a list of everyone who passed away last year.)
-
Wait... Just found the torrent... (I'm kidding!!! 😛)
-
To answer the title, I'd go with "Yes!"
-
I couldn't tell without paying for it. Sorry!
-
You can also watch it on YouTube for $2.99 apparently!

I prefer his more ambient works... 😀 -
I used to have some really nice speakers (for the day - the usual one cabinet with subwoofer, midrange and tweeter). I did a neat trick with them instead of the usual method of putting them on the ground with the subwoofer at the bottom. I hung them on the walls upside down which gave the music a lot more definition. When the first CD's came out I immediately bought a player and a few selections. The very first one was such a drastic improvement that my 2,000+ albums were put up for sale the next week!

I think it would definitely be more fair to pay based on airtime than by the song however, to prevent every song from going on forever, maybe something like a flat amount per song than something based on time up to a cutoff like six minutes.
