sjoens
While installing the old SONAR X1 thru SPlat series, I count 7 reverbs in the install lists, but the Plugin Manager only has 6. The one in question is "Reverb". Any ideas what/where it might be? The 6 I find: Shared Plugins fxreverb.ax = DSP-FX StudioVerb or Cakewalk FXReverb reverb.ax = CW-Reverb or Cakewalk Reverb (mono) sonitusfxreverb.dll = Sonitus fx:Reverb stereoreverb.ax = Stereo Reverb or Cakewalk Reverb Vstplugins breverb 2 Cakewalk.dll = BREVERB 2 Cakewalk perfectspace.dll = Perfect Space Convolution Reverb Edited November 26 by sjoens

Bristol_Jonesey
I don't know which reverb this is, but I can tell you it was only ever available in versions 8.5, X1 & X2 Maybe it was superseded by Breverb?
Wookiee
@sjoens S-Plat came with Overloud's small form matrix convolution Reverb, is that what's missing?
sjoens
Don't think so as I'm currently installing X3. I don't see it there so it could be a "ghost" listing. I'll reinstall X1 and select it as the only item to install and look for it by Date Created.
sjoens
StudioVerb2! Originally from Project5 it came with my Home Studio 7 and X1. It installs with DShowProxy.dll
User 905133
Interesting. I have the studioverb2 dll and chm in a backup folder with files from an old hard drive. The chm file is dated from 2005. Not sure which edition of Sonar mine came from, but I do have X1 (among others). Congrats on solving the mystery. BTW, at the bottom of the chm help page, there's this: Quote This version of FXChorus was developed by Power Technology and is for use with SONAR only. For a version you can use with any product, visit . . . I currently have S8.3 thru X3 installed and for some reason 32 bit X1 now throws a flag the 4 ProChannel vst's can't be loaded so X1 ProChannel is DOA. It only worked after updating it to X1d but then quit again after installing X2 & 3. The 4 PC modules are updated almost every step of the way but you'd think the latest ones would still work in X1. Another oddity is 64 bit X1 thru 3 installs end up requiring admin privileges to run. EDIT: Re-reinstalled Sonar X1 thru SPlat with all updates and everything seems to be working fine now.
