Glad that doesn't bother you as that would've made me drive angry af. Plus I just watched my mom place an order for something online where just by going to the website they gave her free shipping and 20% off but she couldn't be bothered to retrieve the code from her email to save over $7. She kept saying (as she was about to hit the "place order" button), "I'll get the code later.." wtf lol dang it mom not how it works

D@mn, now that you mention it that one got me too, I'll own up to that.. but again, only because I later changed my mind and decided to get MPS4 which comes with R4. So yeah I'm down that $10 but that could've been way worse and considering the other deal I got I'm still up on top of this dang game this year.

Well I guess I *could* say that the Ozone 9 Advanced and the Nectar 3 I got great deals on earlier this year were "bad" purchases only because I very soon after changed my mind and decided I had to have Music Production Suite 4 which includes those (as well as the new Plus version of Nectar). But I was able to redeem myself pretty quickly once I decided to sell off that Ozone 9 and Nectar 3 on kvr just in time to turn around and score that MPS4 for $188 off that other kvr guy, so no I'm good.

I only ever make smart top of the line purchases so I have nothing to report here but I'd like to hear where you guys messed up

Probably the Izotope Music Production Suite 4 license transfer I got off a guy on kvr for $188. Lol it made me feel a bit bad for this dude I saw on Facebook posting about how proud he was for scoring MPS4 for $500, down from $1000. It was a reminder that a lot of folks still don't know about the great deals you can get even just from JRR and Everyplugin et al, let alone the crazy private deals that can be had on kvr. I'm talking about the guys who are still buying their plugins from Sweetwater, paying full price PLUS tax. our plugin geekdom pays off.. big f'n time

And that dev (Steve @ synth magic) is one of the best preset creators I've come across - so if you're like me and you prefer to tweak existing presets that already sound great and inspirational rather than program your own sounds from the ground up then the Synth Magic stuff is some of the best there is and that includes his free stuff.

The Best Service order checkout mechanism w/ regards to this $20 discount seems wonky as I managed to get this deal which I probably shouldn't have been eligible for and which in fact didn't actually work the first few times I tried it.. it kept asking me over and over to choose my free gift (Chris Hein harmonica) and it would add it to my cart as free but when I went to check out the total would show I was actually being charged full price for the Chris Hein harmonica plus everything else in the cart. But around the 4th or 5th try when I emptied my cart again completely and added back the two paid items (vsl sax full and ancient bones).. those only totalled $95, not the $99 required to use the $20 voucher, but yet the voucher worked anyway or at least I somehow beat the thing into submission by hammering away until I got the gat dang result I wanted lol idk
