  1. Abstractions was a serious contender but in the end I went for Masala 2 because of the reed content - which at first listen sound pretty useable - almost duduk like in some cases and I love a duduk!
  2. Ah yes I forgot I moved them manually myself - sorry Pluto! I used the patches in full Reason 10 - most worked but a few had combinator devices missing as they needed Reason 11 - most of those were still useable though
  3. I found them in that folder I think
  4. There are some very nice sounds in the Gothic pack. The Jingle Bells pack seemed to be missing samples but not really interested in those as they were all drums I think
  5. Thanks. Masala was on my audition list and I'll check out the others ?
  6. Thanks that would be really helpful. I'm into a wide range of stuff: orchestral, ambient / soundscapes, folk, 'world' - (especially African, Middle Eastern, Eastern European), rock. I like arpeggio and sequenced sounds as well to get inspiration from. I already have Swatches, Angelicals, Frontier and Ultra Analogue Session 3 all of which I'll have picked up free or cheap! Cheers
  7. Now just to choose which one.... There's rather a lot ?
  8. Thanks - I subscribed - hopefully I'm not too late!
  9. Just over 500 left now - I've always missed out on these in the past!
  10. Ah not seen anything yet so thanks ZincT -only have soundpacks so not sure if I'll get the freebie
  11. Thanks very much - looks like it should work with Kontakt Player too - yaba daba doo!
  12. Are there still issues with this working inside CbB?
  13. Full Kontakt ? Shame as they sound quite nice. I can survive though ?
  14. You're on the ball today Larry - thanks for the update notifications ?
  15. I have some Sonar Home Studio demos if they are any use? I started on 8LE then upgraded to HS from a freebie with Computer Music
  16. I got a good deal with Zinio which is coming to an end - hope they offer something tempting once my subscription has come to an end. I have just finished the backlog of paper CM at last (going back some 15 years in some cases - some nostalgic reading there!). Tend to just flick through the online versions so really only worthwhile for the samples and instruments / effects
