I have the trial version of Sonarworks which I put on the Master output and it works well in getting flat/neutral response. I do like that the lows are tamed, but I also noticed that the mids and highs have lost that 'sparkle' (especially when playing my guitar through amp sims).
When I disable Sonarworks, the tones/responses/feel are much more livelier which is what I want when playing and recording. Don't like that dull effect it does to the sound where I have to re-tweak all the amps/fx's in trying to get that 'openness with full tones' I get when it's disabled.
Will the full version (Headphone Edition) add or allow more control on the mid/high tones or what other adjustments would I need to do?
My signal path is: guitar plugged into IK's Axe I/O and into the DAW using an amp sim.

Thanks Bryan, but that code may be for specific customers and didn't work for me. The sale prices are still really good.

And the cello? What about that Electric Cello ?
Once all those Fx's are added, it turns into a Les Paul.

I totally get you Zinc and that's one of my biggest problems in getting guitar based libraries. I just bought Riffendium this morning (looking for some different takes/themes to add on to my song bed). The quality of recording on the guitars were done really well. Hopefully, I won't have to resort to the dreaded manual (there's a lot of tutorials on YT). Now that Cakewalk has done some serious updates on editing, I'm looking forward to using this.
I'm always in the hunt for some quick-fix ideas to put my guitar on top of (now resorting to loop based instruments coz I'm too lazy to do it myself LOL). I do like what Paths 1 & 2 have to offer and might pick that up as well.

After getting Riffendium, I've been looking at more loop based Kontakt instruments. Paths 1 & 2 and Opacity look to be very nice as well.
Now, it looks like I have to check this one as well....that's a lot of content for $8 . The MIDI files might be worth the ticket.

So I went for the Electric Violin. It's an Ok toy for £21. Wouldn't pay any more for it though.

Phenomenal! Love the little video images because usually it's a little hard to understand the changed just by reading. Really great update, hats off to the bakers!

Just think of all the Windex you would go through in a year to keep it looking so nice!
Windex seems to do wonders.....was she in "My My Big Fat Greek Wedding" as well?
