They really have outstanding customer support. I contacted them about the pricing of my upgrade price to get all their expansions. They honored what they told me a couple of months ago before they automatized their upgrades for that. So I end up with 17 new expansions for 77$ canadian dollars! Really great guys.

I have learned a long time ago to not buy singles. I bought Total Studio Max 1 and upgraded to Max 2 a while ago. Will not buy anything else until version 3.

They would probably allow you to get their next soundpack for free. They told me a while ago that they were working on this. I could get 17 libraries for 110$ (Canadian dollars)

Finally was able to get Portal for 26$. MF cancelled my order last week, but I asked them to get 86$ credit. It took them almost a week to approve it, but I bought it and just received my code. I'm now complete with Output!

I have Faderport 8 and now the faders will be auto-filled for all plugins. Awesome!

Some more feedback regarding Atlas: "The sequencer update is certainly coming, but we were held up by a few office tasks and are also taking our time to make sure it is awesome. ETA is early in the new year."

I wrote to Algonaut about the upcoming update to Atlas. Here's their answer: "There’s a whole bunch of work being done on new features. We will start revealing some of these soon. Hold tight!" I might wait for this instead of buying XO, to avoid having too much similar products. If Atlas ends up very different, I might get XO if necessary on another sale.

Algonaut Atlas is also on sale at 50% off, at 49,99$. They were supposed to add a sequencer last spring, but it was delayed. Concept is very similar to XO at a much cheaper price.

With Heavyocity, they usually don't allow bigger discounts from resellers...
