Yes, but it's the loading of the presets that takes some seconds inside the library. You can only batch resave the nki file and there's only one to open the library.

For me, it takes a couple of seconds, nothing that I found too annoying.

It depends if the hair is hiding the face, which is not the case here.

Look at the walkthrough by Reuben Cornell. It will give you a pretty good idea of what it can do.

And for the price right now, can't complain, it's a really great library for easily adding up quality atmospheres to any track.
