  1. This promotion is live again. Didn't really need it, as I had Amplitube 5 Max, Tonex Max, Sampletank Max, MODO Max, TR6 Max. Still decided to go for the Total Studio Max, just to support the developer. New addition for me were Pianoverse Max (wasn't interested due to disk space requirements), ARC 4, and a couple modules for AT5. Just out of curiosity, decided to install two smallest libraries. Gosh, I'm glad I did. They react to my playing the way I always expected and couldn't get from other piano instruments or libraries. Despite using semi-weighed key-bed, I get the experience very similar to the upright piano, that I used to have. I'm not a keyboard or piano player, but feel motivated and compelled to play/practice the piano, because the response is so good!
  2. Awesome sounding demos! Five years in business, and I have never heard of them. I just hope that their plugins are better than their account system: still waiting for the password reset link.
  3. This used to be around $62. So, the price is not the lowest ever, but still good.
  4. I was able to re-create my account from the first attempt and register the instrument. No problems at all. Just wanted to say, that the tone is gorgeous, and the instrument is very easy to use. Thank you, e-instruments!
  5. I really like current Sonar. Free tier is just as capable as CbB, and comes with new look and features.
  6. The demo shows the opposite results. Although standalone tracks sound "cleaner" (meaning, some signal has been removed), the final mix actually sounded better to me with this effect turned off. For those who are looking for something similar, try Deres plugin.
  7. Just checked. The code is still valid. Frankly speaking, I find their Impact algorithm in the cab section just as effective as Celestion Speaker Mix Pro, but cab selection is a lot wider. And it also works with regular IRs.
  8. Please, PM if you have a code you don't need. UPD. Got the code from Larry. Thank you!
  9. @Larry Shelby, hi! Could you, please, kindly remind us what was the correct way to get extra WUP period?
  10. When do they usually have WUP sales? Looking to update my V9 licenses.
  11. That's a very solid choice! Something to keep in mind about NI Session Guitarist libs, though: they don't go to eleven above G#6. If you don't need those higher pitched notes, you are all set.
  12. Dang! I didn't pay attention to the package and paid for update instead of upgrade. 🫥 Do you guys think they can allow me to pay the difference and get my upgrade?
  13. I have the Wedge Force Hydro, and despite poor demos, it is surprisingly good. https://www.wedgeforce.com/ Not sure what happened to the brand recently, though, as all their products are pulled off the PA site. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  14. I ran some comparisons between the first and second generation of UJAM guitars and was bitterly disappointed. V2 guitars lack consistency: samples are not trimmed precisely, so more often than not guitar parts sound out of time. Arpeggiators in V2 are counterintuitive. While DI signal and instrument mode look promising, I find that Kontakt based guitar libraries deliver much better results. However, UJAM basses v2 are great.
  15. Thanks for the tip. Tried it. The CPU usage is indeed lower, but still barely usable.
  16. Tempted by this Three great sounding plugins for the price of one AmPlug3 and a cable sounds like a great deal. I wish my CPU was a bit more capable, though. Unfortunately, can't run even one amp sim, neither at useable buffer size (128 samples) nor at maxed out (2048 samples). Still thinking about getting these with the future upgrade in mind.
  17. Just installed and didn't experience any problems with this library.
  18. Same old story. Video killed the radio star.
  19. They might sound amazing, but, frankly, I don't want blood and destruction neither in my life nor on my screen.
  20. I really loved this place. Used to come here every day. I don't feel like buying more plugins, instruments or, god forbid, DAWs, but I enjoyed the vibe of this community. It was great with Larry and even better when Mr. Anderton was around. And scook. And azslow. I still love (platonically) all regulars, mods and devs, and just wish people were more appreciative of unsung heroes who grace us with their presence.
  21. Interesting! I find PA's plugins to be highly CPU efficient. A little less so compared to NF, ToneBoosters (v2 and v3, which are now free), and, of course, Overloud. My guess is that bx_cleansweap was one of their first plugins and still has a lot of legacy amateurish code.
  22. Changelog https://download.plugivery.com/pvdl/?do=changelog&dir=release&prod=british-bundle&bid=39
