Great music and great video - and - they compliment each other perfectly. I did recoil a bit when I saw the slide ruler. It is one of the reasons that I transferred from the engineering program to Biology/Ecology program. Fortunately (for me) computers came along to rescue me from any more slide rulers. Terrific work!

Well that was very interesting --- in a very positive way. I did shut my eyes and let the music flow. The introductory droning was almost like a meditation mantra and for me was very relaxing. I appreciate that there was a slow build up toward the "Berlin school"ending. The build up allowed me to comfortably come back to reality. You did indeed use some "real cool tones. Well done and excellent job!

I have never heard the Steely Dan version of this and I have never heard a guitar front to this song. It sounds great. Excellent playing and great job!

A fun and interesting song with some great lyrics (you know your always right when you wear the emperor's clothes -- love that phrase). I echo the comments above as it does sound a bit busy to my tired old ears. A little clean-up and you have a good one here!

The lyrics are great and the vocals really deliver the message well! The arrangement also enhanced the "mood" of this song. Very nice and well done lads!!!!!

This is a great guitar driven rocker (spiked with a bit of the Blues/Boogie). You make the Strat and Tele sound good! I particularly like the sound of that one panned left. Your playing is excellent! Great work on the bass line as well as the vocals.

If I remember correctly, I used the Amplitude 5 Bassman amp plugin along with my beat up Norma semi-hollow body guitar with the rusty pickups. I'm getting closer to the sound of that era - now I just have to work on the style (love that style love that sound). I was going for that rough, loose sound that you might hear in the clubs of that era --- especially those on the Chitlin Circuit, like right here in Tampa's Central Ave. Thanks again. Hi Jack. I was expecting a cover of the Dead Kennedy's song - Uber Alles (one of my favourite USA punk groups). Even though this song was not - it was equally entertaining. Sounds great!

This is an interesting and entertaining number. The vocals are interesting and your delivery presents the lyrics perfectly. Well done indeed!!

Nice Jazzy sounds. The sax is my favourite reed instrument and you make it sound good. The fretless bass also sounds good. Great work on a most pleasant song.

Here is a short, silly song about gossip the grapevine and mostly about listening. It picks up on the Sonny Boy Williamson 2 song -Don't Start Me To Talking. It offers just a wee bit of social observation. In my last song I was trying to reproduce the sound of the amps used by the old Blues and Jump Blues performers primarily in the south side of Chicago. Hopefully, I got a bit closer on this song. It is a bit rough. That is not only my lack of talent but I also was trying to replicate the sound of that era. Great number -- both parts one and two -- lead by a great composition and great performances by all involved. Part one was very pleasant and enjoyable and I also enjoyed the uptempo Latin tinged sounds of part 2. I also enjoyed the video particularly the immediate introduction with the time piece running fast and the the person in slow motion. You can always tell when a drummer is having a good time and enjoying themself. It looked like the drummer in your video was certainly enjoying himself. Well done!

WOW! To say that this is impressive would be a gross understatement. The video, the composition, arrangement, instrumentation and performances, vocals and background vocals are all excellent. The bass really drives this song along and sets up a mood. Oops, I almost for got the lyrics --- great. You set the standard pal!

What a powerhouse of a song. Yes the guitar work is great - as i s the bass. The arrangement and timing used in the song was creative and doggone good! Your vocals and harmonies were equally as good.
