  1. PENDING
    1) Does "MIDI OUT"  it need to be set in both the "VST3" dropdown AND the plugin?

    2) from every plugin into PanFlow, the Input threshold is very low even though it's loud in the headphones.

    SOLVED
    Turn off "SYNC"
The distortion i was hearing was just from the osculating wave being to fast with the default tempo.

How to setup PanFlow  + MIDI OUT (VST2, VST3 both have same issue) When audio threshold is reached, No pan, yet there is distortion but not from clipping.
This plugin (so far) is not panning out ?
Anyway, looking for a simple setup just to get it working.
    TESTED:
Track 1 Basic Piano  + PanFlow as Effect
Track 2 Guitar Line IN + PanFlow as Effect

Track 2 Guitar Line IN (Stereo/ Mono)
    MASTER: PanFlow as Effect

  2. How do you use the Track db zoom so it's at a good level yet also visible?
Just looking for advice Before I Make a template with every track zoomed in so I don't need to do this every time.
Here is what's going on, the first two tracks are already zoomed in.

    1) record a line in clean guitar track at -18 for headroom later on.
    2) but the visual WAV looks like a flat line so...
    3) mouse over the track db (to get the magnify option) then use the magnify to make the WAV vertically taller and visible.

  3. Anyone using ADAPTIVERB ?
While waiting for zynaptiq tech support, ADAPTIVERB to get back, thought I'd ask here on what setting to check when a VST3 or VST2x64 plugin cannot process in realtime even when a "LIVE" option is available on the plugin.  For years All my plugins are x64 and I thought this type of issue was in the past.
The issue is audio crunchies in playback or realtime or when track bounced crashed Cbb.
I use another of their plugins WORMHOLE and it does not have this issue.

ncrease the playback buffer size. We generally recommend you set the playback
buffer size on your DAW to 1024 samples.
Smaller values increase the CPU load as the
plugin needs to "see" some amount of signal in order to "understand" it

Currently the DAW settings are working as expected for playback and recording (when not using ADAPTIVERB)

and I'm reluctant to change them for one plugin.
will I have to change this buffer setting back everytime I record without this plugin?
don't want latency issues when tracking in real time.

This is the current ASIO setup.
Is the is the correct buffer setting to change to 1024 samples?

  4. Kontakt 6 MIDI Piano + Tempo ramp from 200 BPM to 0 BPM

The issue is once the tempo slows down the Piano audio is making a clicking sound. Might there be a better way to make a song slow down without the sampler audio stuttering?
It might work better bouncing all the MIDI Piano audio without the tempo change, then tempo changing the WAV audio.

  5. What are some MIDI controls to turn off that would be changing a patch?
After setting all 16 channels to be unique patches, on playback Immediately some of the patched on channel 3 and 6 default to a different patch.

    MIDI Channel 6
all the the notes are channel 6

On Play, the channel stays the same (6) but hte patch (sound) changed to a different instrument.

    TRIED:
Pref > Zero controllers = off
    MIDI Exclusive = off

Is there a reason you want to use the pro channel ?  I always put my compressor in the track effects bin. I prefer to use specific compressors and in the bin they are visible in console view

I was just trying to make a Channel Strip specific for each of my guitars, and PC is a way to keep things organized. I thinks there's a way to add an effects chain to the PC now, that might work.

  7. What is a good compressor for Classical Guitar that can be used in the Pro Channel? In this case it's a mono, single track.
I was following this tutorial:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLwlWt75ExY

Then realized the Pro Channel Default compressor setting do not have that range.
anyone share or know how to acquire the Pro Channel version of FET Compressor by Softube? (nevermind, looks like crashed Cakewalk)

  8. Like a chapter in a sad romance novel, there is a PeRV* that needs to be touched.

Somewhere in a right click menu or drop-down there is a "last touched" option for MIDI note length, where might that be?
It's lonely and needs to be loved and touched, to ensure proper note length.
