Hello, my name is Zinc and I'm a synthaholic. -
I had a quick check and found a vibraphone or two that are good enough for my purposes in Halion and Sampletank 4. Couldn't find one in K13U but maybe I missed it. The Sonicouture one does sound very nice though if you need something a bit special.

This is an older version but might be of use to someone as a stocking filler, especially at this price ?? https://store.steampowered.com/app/218760/Mixcraft_8_Home_Studio/

Try using code PRO55 at the checkout (takes it down to $8.10 for me).

Sorry I'm trying to catch up on loads of Larry's posts having been without any internet for a day (broadband was out so using mobile data on my phone) and there's lots to get through! See above corrected post -
I also got a 10% off voucher popup on the first visit to the website for subscribing to the newsletter. Don't know whether that can be used with the 70% off voucher though. If not might be useful for future purchases.

I would say it's definitely worth the money for PPG Wave 3.V! Just noticed the video above is for Lektor which is their Vocoder. Here's one for PPG Wave 3. Having now read the details, and checked my email history I actually have the freebie from APD in February - Waldorf Edition 2 LE. Some really unique sounds in this which makes me want to go for this myself! If I had the choice again between Largo and PPG Wave 3.V I would go for PPG Wave but of course YMMV @Fleer is probably your man for recommending between the two as I think he has everything Waldorf (and then some ) -
Yes I looked into that for all wuped items at the time and it was dearer than wuping through Koby unless I did a significant upgrade which I decided against.
-
Was kinda hoping it would be included in CLA Series which I only wuped a couple of months ago.
-
Love their stuff, thanks as ever Larry!
-
Bump as they keep adding new libraries and bundles.

Lol, maybe we should do a video for it next year?
-
Cheers abacab!

It sounds really nice for a freebie. Tried it on a backing vocal track with that "flange verb" preset...very usable.
-
Lol, thanks for the bump Simon! Not heard that in ages. I'm sure that @Mesh and @Fleer will thank you too ? "With no money to eat or even say boo to a goose" is about right for me this year ? Hail the King!!

Excellent synth, a favourite! Buy that and then get your 5 expansion pack here (cheapest price all year)... https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AvengerXP5Pk--vengeance-sound-vps-avenger-expansion-pack-pick-5

Sounds great. No brainer at this price! Love their stuff.

One thing that John Lemkhul pointed out in his latest livestream is that there are some tuning issues with some of the samples. He was able to correct it using a MIDI tuning parameter. Here's his YouTube video where he talks about the quality control/tuning issues (the rest is worth a listen if you have Unify)...

I have Windows 10 Pro version 2004 (build 19041.630), so not 20H2 (still holding off) but I cannot replicate your crash. When I hit File->Exit Cakewalk prompts to Save and I select No and it just exits normally. I do have CC set to not ask for a key on startup so it just goes straight into CC with the default key (which you can still change). Have you got the new version of CbB 2020.11 (Build 098) which has just been published as I think it fixes a few bugs?

Captain Plugins does Grem. It works in a similar way to Orb with the various parts all syncing together and feeding their scale/chord information to each other. The only proviso I believe in both of them is that you must have the Chords plugin loaded to control the musical content of the others (except that Captain Beat works independently).
