Does finally getting my hands on an Xbox Series X that was supposed to be procured LAST November count?  Got one that I had promised the grandkids last Christmas too finally.

Use Jamstix with that MODO DRUM you might have picked up in the group buy    Ralph's a good'un and love the stuff he puts out.

The only thing I can suggest is a Restore My Purchases in Custom Shop and maybe un-authorize/re-authorize them in IK Product Manager.  Beyond that I'm sure IK Support can help see what is going on there.

There were some server-side fixes early this morning, and per support testing and dev teams this is what should fix any remaining issues (and going forward there shouldn't be authorization issues):

1) Open Syntronik 2 or SampleTank 4

2) Open the Custom Shop

3) Click your User Name in the Custom Shop's upper right-hand corner

4) Select "Restore My Purchases"

5) All sounds should now unlock

Yes but today most cases will be Syntronik 1 or Syntronik Deluxe (including bundled in Total bundles and free GB choices) to Syntronik 2 MAX for 149.99    But yes also Syntronik 2 or 2 SE to MAX is 149.99.

If I missed anybody having upgrade eligibility problems, please also let me know.  Thanks!

Not useless, you get presets using the new synths for one...  Edit and Syntronik 2 will be the fully-supported version going forward soon so there's that too.

I wouldn't remove the previous unless you replace existing projects that use them first.

Perhaps a lot of people are all trying to download this thing now?   If it's still lagging like this by tonight, I'll try again tomorrow. 

Sorry to hear that, I'll let the team know but we're using a CDN that should provide great speeds and I'm not seeing the issue from where I am but they can take a closer look to see if there are any issues that might affect others.

Edith - and at least this isn't one of those cases where they're fishing to get us and/or others to purchase some "report" about it.  Pretty sure they realize most companies have smartened up in that aspect.

You are not able to choose the $149.99 Syntronik 2 MAX upgrade?   Just so I know what to tell the team.  Also if you want to PM your IK username I'll see if there's anything odd going on there.

Total Studio 3.5 MAX and Total VI MAX users should be able to unlock Syntronik 2.

Anybody with authorization issues or people with the products mentioned above who aren't seeing what they should authorized, please try the following:

• Load the IK Product Manager
• UNauthorize the Syntronik 2 there
• Next, Re-Authorize it again
  

Custom Shop Application location:
MAC: HD > Applications > Custom Shop
PC: Start > Programs > IK Multimedia > Custom Shop

• Load the Custom Shop application from the location above
• At the top go to your account name > Restore My Purchases
• All your modules, etc should be unlocked.

Can I hold out waiting for this?  I have all the Arturias, Vintage Vault 3, the original Syntronik, everything AAS,  plus a ton of other stuff like Pigments, Synthmaster, and 20 other synths.   There's no way I'll ever be able to study all the stuff I already own in depth for as long as I live. Oh yes, I have Omnisphere too. ?

You too!  Busiest time of year but I should be able to get some rest and hang with some family and friends which is the most important part.

32,000+ isn't a huge percentage of even just our database let alone the market

It would hopefully not be automatically entered though (coupon codes are because some of us here have pushed that they be 30%+ always so it won't interfere with a potentially better JamPoints discount), so you can still try if we implement something like that

Sadly it is not tomorrow.  I wish.  Still looks good for this month, pending any issues with FAME folks not being happy with something odd or a true blocker bug but we look good beyond all that.  Just not "tomorrow good" unfortunately.

The group of serials that didn't work properly are fixed now.  I was told this a little while ago:  There was an issue with some serials not being accepted by IK PM earlier in the AM but now all SKU/serials are working now confirmed by the testing team.
