  1. What I am trying to do is copy the little section that is blank on the green track on the left side from the orange track. I am trying to follow msmcleod's post so I must be doing something wrong. I will redo the steps he has there and see if I missed something. Again, thanks for the replies! "No luck" is probably me not doing it right.
  2. I have a song with Three audio tracks and I want to copy a small section of one of the audio tracks and put it into the other audio track. I tried to find a tutorial that would tell me. I probably don't know the right question to ask. The tutorials I found did not answer the question. A link to the right tutorial or a solution would be appreciated. Here is a screen shot that might help.
  3. Lord Tim thanks for clearing up the confusion
  4. I'm finding conflicting information on this. So can Cakewalk be installed on an I pad?
  5. Thanks! I'm assuming "DL" means Download.
  6. I have never archived anything before. But I would like to archive Cakewalk so it can be reinstalled later. Are there files that need to be downloaded? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  7. YouTube for Ample Guitar M II Lite from HIFIMIDI When using Cakewalk after dragging the "C" chord to the track, then dragging the "F" chord to the track when playing this the chord does not change. What am I doing wrong?
  8. WOW! Thanks for the replies. I was able to move the section and then was able to move other sections in the other tracks to line up better. Sounds much better!
  9. I would love to read the relative information for a particular problem as I have done in the past. In my case I don't know what to ask. Hopefully there is a screen shot of what I want to do. On the purple track at the left side I want to move the first two sections to the right to line them up with the tracks above. I hope that makes sense
  10. I want to move part of one of the audio files. How do I ask the question to get help with a tutorial? I found out how to cut a section out of the track but can't get to a tutorial that says how to move just part of a track. Thanks
  11. Thank You! Works Just like you said.
  12. I want to import a WAV file I click on File and go down the menu. Import and Export choices are not there. What happened! Thanks
  13. Thanks you Andres! Either I didn't see the box for "not linked" or didn't know what that was for. Works great!
  14. I duplicated an audio track and I want to transpose the duplicated track. So I followed the instructions of transposing. Select the track to transpose. Go down two semitones. Hit okay. It transposes okay, but does both tracks. How do I transpose just the duplicated track? Thanks

    THE LONDON WAY

Hello Supa Reels, Dean here. I don't know how my name got attached to the message from 1/7/2023. I think that should be credited to FreeEarCandy not me. i am not that qualified to make those kind of recommendations. I just really enjoyed, and still do , like How It Used To Be!
  16. Okay. Learned something more about Cakewalk. Some day I might be able to give advice! Thanks
  17. Thanks! I wasn't sure how to ask the question for using support. So that is why I asked the question. I wanted to use Piano Roll for editing and I need one file or clip to do that.
  18. I have a file that seams to be made up of several individual files that say "Record 1". The file plays okay all the way through. Is there a way to make it one file or is that necessary. Thanks
