Yes, but only 2 free right now. For every 100 registrations one more free is added. 3000 is needed to get them all.
It seems to be a slow start. Only 15 participants and it's been hours. I wasn't following the previous Group Buy from the beginning so I can't predict how this one goes.
It seems that there's no way to close the Capsule Portal unless you use the task manager and you have to run it even when you just want to use the VST. Really annoying.
Also the download was 4 times bigger than it should have been. 4 different versions were in the same zip file. How hard would it have been to provide different download links?
I compared the versions quickly.
The pianobook version seems to only have Ahhs.
The LABS version has Ahhs, Oohs, Uhs, The Choir (all of these looped too) and 3 Warp presets.
This is the excluded list:

1. I believe the UI is the same. (You can't hide the 3 new locked kits.)
2. I didn't have to download the content again, it was a 1.89 GB file (MODO_DRUM_1_5_0.zip). The 1.1.3 file is 6.38 GB.
These $29 libraries have never been on sale though, so it can make sense to buy one or two now. I know that those who are planning on spending a lot more might want to wait for the freebie in the fall.
They also give a 10 $/€/£ gift card when you buy any 29 $/€/£ library.
"This promotion ends midnight March 31, 2022. Gift cards are valid until midnight August 31, 2022."
They managed to fool me. It never even crossed my mind this could be a paid update. It even installed in the same slot in the IK Product manager (unlike for example Syntronik 2).
