These are high quality libraries, but they're focused on ensemble patches.
Kontakt 7 factory library is apparently pretty good. I'm guessing it's probably enough for you. Depends on what you have already and what you need of course.
SoundPaint is 8Dio's own new plugin engine. 8Dio libraries were made for Kontakt and they are older.
SoundPaint will be releasing a new string library in "several weeks, but not several months .." (comment from YouTube) and probably a lot more later, so if you like SoundPaint, you might want to wait.
They're also selling the upgrade to full version, which is about 33% cheaper. And you get the freebie (Cube Mini & expansion).

I don't think Hollywood Orchestra Diamond has ever been even close to $100. A few years ago it was still about $500 even on sale. Now it's closer to $300 on sale.
The website worked for me.
Rhapsody plugin keeps crashing in Reaper though. The standalone app seems to be working.
Edit. For some reason it stopped crashing in Reaper.
$45 + free W. A. Production Imprint @ AudioDeluxe. Might be the cheapest option depending on where you live because of VAT.

I don't think it's possible. You just have to use the search box in the app/VST and then download.
It's pretty annoying how clunky it is to browse in the app/VST.
