⚡Get Ready: APD Enchanted Black Friday - 18 Epic Deals!
BTP replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
Does anyone have both Joshua Bell violin and Streamtech's Iconic Violin? It'd be interesting to hear how they compare. They're both pretty tempting. Streamtech's Violin + Organ Bundle has a great intro price (79€) right now. -

It's 269€ for me and I have Solstice.

I've only bought The Ton once in 2020. The last couple of years' Tons weren't that tempting but this year it looks like it's good value.

The Free Orchestra 2 version 2.4.0 update is available in Native Access. (1.3 GB) https://projectsam.com/libraries/the-free-orchestra-2

They've talked about the pricing on live streams and they basically promised the price is going to stay the same. I get an impression they're doing fine financially and while it might be true that they've not sold a lot of perpetual Musios they have a lot of subscriptions already. https://www.youtube.com/live/T-sAOFY68UI?si=0T936yupilsaHUNv&t=1425

Maybe next year. They already had Biotek 2 for $24 last year.

These are just renamed wav files, so they're very fast to download (there's an installer/downloader) even if you have a slow connection. 983 and 1220 samples. The plugin is surprisingly good, there's a lot of mix, reverb and tone settings. IMO the sound can't quite compete with my favorite piano libraries that can be bought for less than $50 right now (Signature Piano and the above mentioned Meldway Grand). But they're great for less than $30.

United Strings of Europe 90% off. Other libraries at least 50% off. https://www.auddict.com/deals

These are available at JRRShop too ("GROUP" works). https://www.jrrshop.com/boz-new-york-l-bundle

Some them have been over 60% at VSTBuzz.

I don't think they gave away any of their actual paid libraries anymore last year. The ones I got are listed as free legacy products now. But yes, previously they did.
-
Someone asked on Youtube how many velocity layers there are or is it a secret and they replied: Also according to the newest video, there should be a demo but I don't see one on the website. I have too many pianos already so I'm not going to buy new ones blindly even if the price is tempting.

I uninstalled already. It didn't look like you could change the folder location.
-
That doesn't help. There's 1 GB of data installed to C:\ProgramData\Klevgrand\Tomofon.
-
I installed Tomofon to try it out and chose the L drive as the install location because my main drive is getting full. This is what was installed in that folder: ... Why do they even bother asking where to install it.
