Pro v1?? That seems like a great price to me. S1 isn't even recognizable from that version with all the added features and stuff. I upgraded to v5 Pro in Xmas of 2020 for $99. In Feb 2022, I upgraded to v6 for $119. I didn't want to wait until Xmas to try and save $20 on the upgrade. IIRC $99 is about as low as I've seen it.

It's been working flawlessly for me.

^^^ This. ^^^ I've found it's a lot more fun when you're just doing it to do it and not to try and make a living. Plus, I'm totally fascinated by plugins and everything that's available to the home studio musician these days.

@dumbquestions At this moment, it looks like the sale is still up. If @Fleer is correct with the PST ending, then you have less than 5 hours. My guess is that you can probably get a $40 plugin, then depending on how quickly the $25 "thank you" arrives (in my case, I had to contact support which is 2-3 days) you could pick up another for $14 with that discount. Worst case, the UADTUESDAY code was usable 3x. (I'm not sure how quickly that resets either.) So without a "thank you", you could pick up 2 other $40 plugins. I don't know how or if they double up on the "thank you" coupons yet, because I'm new to the UAD ecosystem too. Also, you need to buy one on their site to get things rolling first. Good luck!

You should. It took a few days and and email to support for me a couple of times, but it also showed up pretty quickly a couple of other times too. So, no telling! c But they have been really good about sending them - eventually! ?

I echo everyone's sentiments here, but for a glass half-full perspective - maybe this could be good? Maybe it'll give Bandcamp some revenue to set up a decent and competitive streaming system. (i.e. one that's easy to use, doesn't stop your stream if you change pages, and more importantly, has a good algorithm for suggesting new artists) Honestly, Bandcamp is pretty much my last choice if I just want to listen or find random stuff I might like. I avoid Bandcamp unless I want to buy something to directly support an artist because the stuff they shove at me is pretty irrelevant to my interests in most cases. But I DO love it for directly supporting artists and giving me a place to "archive" my finished projects online. Just my 2 cents.

Installed! I watched videos on the ones I was interest in and the demo and this video had me at "character and driven". For starters, these guys will get a good workout on my drum bus.

I grabbed the Manely Voxbox for $25 last night. I was hoping for the Fairchild to go on sale next (which it is now) but I wanted to jump before the Pultec code expired. No complaints though, the Manley is totally new territory to me. UAD is taking my $$ fast! Now, how to get that Fairchild and the Lexicon? ? @Kirean It looks to be single use. But "UAD Tuesday"? One a week perhaps?
