Assuming you are using the ASIO driver from Roland and ASIO driver mode in CbB, it could be there is another ASIO driver triggering the message. Look in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ASIO in the registry, there should be just one entry for the Roland interface. If there are any other entries, you may want to delete them. Export them first if you want to save them.

May want to check if the plug-ins scanned as FX. If they did, run a VST reset from Preferences > File > VST Settings

According to the file attached file, the problem lies in the plug-in Faulting Module: m:\Vsts\Effects\VST3\IK Multimedia\Amplitude 5\AmpliTube 5.vst3 Send C:\Users\juliu\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\MiniDumps\Plugins\Untitled_06062022_110907.dmp to IKM -
Did you check out the videos or demo the Tube Modulator? Here is an image of the plug-in and the top-level of the factory preset menu

Maybe ripple edit is enabled.

I do not use Win11. Both VST2 and VST3 versions of Pigment run fine in CbB on Win10. While it could be a CbB issue, given that other synths run fine in CbB, I suspect this is an issue with the plug-in versions of Pigment on Win11.

Chances are it was installed but the dll is not the CbB scan path. Open the Arturia Software Center Right-Click in the top right where the Welcome button is Select Preferences In My Preferences, Click on Folders. The plug-in dll should be installed in the VST64 folder path. Verify the plug-in is in the path. Verify the path is in the CbB plug-in scan path in Preferences > File > VST Settings.

this answers the question posed above Try the VST2 version of Pigments.
-
This could be because the VST2 is not installed or the VST2 is installed but "Hide Related VST2 Plug-ins" in enabled in the VST3 migration section of Preferences > File > VST Settings.
-
This does not matter; did you try replacing the Pigments with any other synth? This is a quick way to help troubleshoot issues with the track. Does the VST2 version of Pigments work?
-
Right click in the track header, select the Replace synth option, choose another plug-in and see if it works.

Is input echo enabled on the instrument/MIDI track (the button right of record in the track header)? Does the plug-in make sound when using the plug-in UI?

Yes, that was the motivation for the change.

Not since build 25.09.0.68 hotfix (2019-09). Quick grouping is disabled until a track selection is made. Documented in the release notes available here.

1. yes, in fact that is recommended so that 2. yes, the plug-ins from Platinum may be available in CbB 3. no, there is not a lot of wasted space, in fact adding CbB to a Platinum install takes up a little more than 500 MB. Are you sure the wav is not importing correctly? What leads you to that conclusion? While updating to CbB is a good idea, I doubt the import issue will be addressed by the upgrade.

Near the bottom of http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=0x22B07 is a section about Recycle Plug-in Windows.

All of the settings in Preferences > Project are stored in projects and project templates. To create new projects with different per-project settings, modify the project templates used to create the projects. In order to prevent the templates from being overwritten, make sure to save the templates with names that do not clash with the included templates or setup a custom template folder in Preferences > File Folder Locations. CbB installers will not write to a custom template folder.

Looks like a heavy edited version of the Split Channel to Tracks CAL bundled with CbB but unlike the original script nTrk is not getting incremented along with nChannel. This seems like an important step so that each channel resides on a separate track.

To display multiple PRVs, after opening the first PRV, right-click the tab at the bottom of the PRV in the multidock and "Lock Contents". Repeat as needed.
