My license of PhoenixVerb is good on just one computer so having another license would be useful for the second computer.

I think with the latest release, they fixed the major issues. It’s still wise for you to save the old installers. If your licenses show up on bfddrums.com, I would think you’ll be fine w.r.t. licensing. Read up on forum.bfddrums.com. Did you get your freebie drum libraries (one of your choice for transferring, and others to restore the library/libraries from bfd1 or bfd2)? Nevertheless, if you run into any issues, open up a ticket at bfddrums.com. Just be patient as it may take a several days for a response.

I’d suggest searching for xtouch vs faderport reviews. I was surprised that in some cases, the xtouch came out on top (in feel).

What about the drum plugins I do have? SSD, MODO, BFD? How would those compare? I’m not ready to spend hundreds more for SD at this point.

Finally after mulling it over, I'm planning to do the upgrade to K13 from Select/Kontakt (purchased last year). What's the drive supplied with the Komplete 13 upgrade? Just trying to figure out the value of it (whether it's worth the shipping costs), and also whether the freebies from T+S are compelling enough. Also, where I live, digital products without physical delivery are tax free (sales tax is 9%). I may just buy direct from NI.

Bought BFD ECO on eBay for $27.26, then upgraded to BFD 3 for $49. Got BFD Horsepower as the freebie for upgrading, then BFD London Sessions for having BFD ECO (requested via BFD forum). Took a while to get it all sorted out ... didn't work at first (authentication issues), but now it seems to be working with the latest update. Now, I have SSD 5.5 ($50), MODO DRUM (from group buy), Jamstix 4 (BF), and now BFD 3 (not to mention all the kits in SampleTank 4 MAX). I'm thinking that I don't need Superior Drums (too $$$$) ... at least for a while, until I feel limited with what I have. I can play but not to the level of a real drummer, but I'm interested in auditioning with my real drummer friend to figure out the best virtual kits for live e-drums. Which one has the best cymbals?
