Just be aware that that mic probably wouldn’t be individually calibrated, but you should be able to find a generic calibration file. The individually calibrated ones would around $70 (like the Dayton EMM6). I would think it should help even without room treatment (but I’m sure would be even better with). It takes measurements from 7 positions. I just picked it up myself last night.

https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1072&bu=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaWttdWx0aW1lZGlhLmNvbS9mYXEvaW5kZXgucGhwP3NlYXJjaD1nZWFyJTIwY3JlZGl0 It seems that collections but not individual plugins are transferable. So, if you buy Sunset Sound Studio Reverb, for example, that wouldn't be transferable, but AmpliTube Joe Satriani would be.

Yup. Works the same for me. It looks like this for me: When I redeem one (say "AmpliTube Metal"), it disappears so the next time, only the unredeemed one ("One") is visible. When I redeem both of them, then at the top level, the Available button gets replaced by "Downloaded" text.

There is a Syntronik Deluxe upgrade from Syntronik. AFAIK, there's no T-RackS Deluxe upgrade.
-
I found it. https://gearspace.com/board/product-alerts-older-than-2-months/1268462-ik-multimedia-releases-t-racks-tape-machine-collection-t-racks-5-a.html 76 pages! From my quick read so far, I guess I'll start with Tape 80.

Thanks for the recommendations.

Good to know. I've been using my own spreadsheet and just checking against Custom Shop. It'd be good to let the spreadsheet owner know.
-
I’m in the same boat. Yes, those aren’t in ST4 MAX. Check in Custom Shop to see what is available for purchase.
-
The referenced spreadsheet has all the info you're looking for.

Yesterday, I finally registered a number of licenses that I had, so I got two more at the $99.99 level (one of them was from Xchange, and of the two freebies from CM and Beat, one worked for the GB, and the other was just good for JamPoints). So, that's freebies for $199.99 and 2 x $99.99. I already finished off AmpliTube. The freebies would need to get up to 15 for me to complete T-RackS (24 left) and SampleTank (11 left), otherwise, I'm cherry picking.

Any easy way to check is to go to the Custom Shop and click on the plugin. It should tell you which collections (if any) it's included in. For example, in the following for Quad Comp, it shows it's included in TR5 Deluxe and MAX. (I didn't show SSSR or Comprexxor since they don't show up as part of any collections.). The newer plugins are not even included in MAX. You could also use the spreadsheet that I pointed to in a previous post.

What's the trick to make Amplitube 5 recognize the new collections I got? I clicked Restore My Purchases in the Custom Shop (in which the collections *are* recognized) and restarted AmpliTube. I now see AmpliTube 5 and AmpliTube 5 MAX under the presets, but the gear still shows up as locked.

“I've improved my Group Buy spreadsheet with a couple interactive filters. It's now a tool for figuring out how many freebies we'll need to get everything you want, or alternatively, how many times you'll want to buy in.” https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=8190166#p8190166 I’ve been using my own spreadsheet but if I were to start over, I’d start with this. Check it out.

Another thing to keep in mind … the Windows and Mac installers use different files (zip vs dmg), so if you have both operating systems, make sure you do the installs and backup for both.
-
Before the IK Product Manager, it was a pain, but now, just make sure you back up the installers and sounds files from the download directory before you clear it out.

For those with Apple Silicon/M1, the iOS version of the Nembrini apps can be installed on Mac OS Big Sur. In the App Store, click on your account name at the bottom left, then click on iPhone and iPad Apps. If you have any apps you purchased, and only if they are enabled for the Mac, they should show up in the listing. Just click on the download button. So far, I have Blackice Beta Gamma, Voice DC30 Custom Valve, and Acoustic Voice Preamp (all purchased for $9.99 each). They can be installed and run on the Mac and run as standalone apps as well as AUv3 plugins in an AUv3 host like Quantiloop Pro. The limitation with the iOS version is that only one input and output audio devices are recognized/can be used. This is a cheap way to run Nembrini on the Mac (though you lose the audio flexibility vs. running a native app).

I'm looking forT-RackS recommendations. I have T-RackS 5. Picked up Comprexxor, Sunset Sound Studio Reverb. Planning on getting Stealth Limiter, Space Delay, and Tape Echo. Any compelling EQs to get? How are EQ 73, EQ 81, EQ PA, EQ PB, EQ PG, Master EQ 432? How are the CSR reverbs? I have PhoenixVerb and Waves CLA Epic. If I were to only pick one Tape Machine, which one would you recommend? 24, 440, 80, or 99? I'm thinking of getting one first, and then maybe pick up the rest later if there are enough freebies. Thanks. So many choices.

Is it an older installation from before the IK Product Manager was released? I only see one Custom Shop and I have AmpliTube, T-RackS, and SampleTank installed.
-
If you have the JamPoints, it’s only a difference of $46, quite the bargain to get all the freebies. And who “needs” any of this anyways?
-
Actually, there's a common Custom Shop for AmpliTube, T-RackS, and SampleTank. You can purchase for any of them no matter which app it's you launched from (or just run Custom Shop directly).
-
And on top of that, you can use JamPoints (for up to 30%) if you have any. Edit: cclarry beat me to it.

Purchased the Syntronik Deluxe upgrade in the Custom Shop for 100 GC. Pleasantly surprised to discover: "Your Syntronik Deluxe upgrade (USB/boxed) purchase allows you to redeem bonus content from this dropdown list, valued at $/€129.99 or less!" That basically adds the following as options over the $99.99 tier: AmpliTube Leslie Comprexxor T-RackS Leslie Stealth Limiter Dyna-Mu Master EQ 432

If you’re not getting vouchers, just spend $50 in a year. These sales are a good time to get in. Then just be patient and pick up one plugin each month for $15 or $25 after voucher. The best time though would be when they have sales and the $20 no minimum vouchers.
-
Last night, I bought 300 GC for $225 - 67 JamPoints for $158. Bought AmpliTube 5 in the Custom Shop for 200 GC. Picked up the freebies: MixBox, SampleTron 2, Sunset Sound Studio Reverb, and Comprexxor so far. Will probably be using 100 GC for another GB. I have AmpliTube collections from previous GB, so only have four left to get them all. Have SampleTank MAX from a hardware bundle special so I have the new sound libraries (Electromagnetik, Cinekinetic) to pick up. Have T-RackS 5. Not sure about collecting everything in T-RackS MAX. Probably just going to pick and choose.

Here's a good post on the KVR Audio Buy & Sell Forum: “How to Maximize the Value of the IK Multimedia Group Buy” https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=8187676&sid=89dd75e7ad627c6f9f41d9d3985a6940#p8187676 It provides specific recommendations. "So, here's what I think you should do. Option 1 is for new customers, while Option 2 is for existing IK customers. Options 3 and 4 are bigger and better possibilities for either existing or new customers." It even links to a spreadsheet that's more complete than the one I had created. Check it out.
