  1. For another $40, you can get T-RackS 5 MAX for $79.99. https://www.ikmultimedia.com/news/?id=MAXT-RackSHolideals2023
  2. Purchased it yesterday and got the license today. Amazing deal.
  3. https://musicsoftwaredeals.com/?jsf=jet-engine:main&_s=Syntorial 2&meta=filter-tag:active I looked in all the usual places and they still show full retail. So, you can choose the 50% off or the freebie. 8P
  4. A NEW WAY TO LEARN SYNTHESIS Syntorial is video game-like training software, that will teach you how to program synth patches by ear. With almost 200 lessons, combining video demonstrations with interactive challenges, you’ll get hands on experience programming patches on a built-in soft synth, and learn everything you need to know to start making your own sounds with ease. This isn’t your ordinary synth tutorial. This is Syntorial. https://www.syntorial.com/ On Sale thru Nov 30. $129.99 -> $64.99 https://www.syntorial.com/buy-now/ Note that there is a free version with the first 22 lessons: https://www.syntorial.com/try-for-free/
  5. Purchased the F-59. I’m a sucker for any guitar related plugin deals.
  6. Yes, it unlocks the iOS version as well,
  7. Looks like the 30% sale is only on Pro. Artist is still full price. And you’re right. They’ve removed the Artist to Artist upgrade option. Boo.
  8. For those on Apple Silicon, the AU plugin doesn't come up in GP4 and the VST requires running with Rosetta. The plugins are dated from 2015 so they haven't been updated to be compatible with Apple Silicon. They only updated the installers for the new OS releases. Good thing it works with Unify (and has been Unified).
  9. Maybe buy a used license of 5 since new licenses are 6. edit: oops, never mind. Thought it was the Studio One thread.
  10. Actually, all you need is an IR loader and the right IR. Here's a site with free acoustic IRs: http://acousticir.free.fr/ ... you'll want to find an IR that matches the pickup type. Following the guitar IR, you could chain compression, EQ, modulation (e.g. chorus), delay, and a room reverb. That's pretty much what Nembrini's Acoustic Voice is doing but doing it in a single plugin. For a free IR loader, I'd suggest MConvolutionEZ.
  11. If you have deCoda LE (I got mine bundled with hardware from IK), you can wait for a sale on an upgrade direct from zplane. I upgraded mine for $20.98 in December, last year.
  12. On the other hand, if you update some libraries (e.g. Noire), they will no longer work in Kontakt 6, only Kontakt 7.
  13. ALC

    New FREE Waves plugin

Funny. Brave didn't work for me, but Chrome worked.
  14. As an existing customer with six other licenses, I got the following under My Licenses on UnitedPlugins.com: Your licence key for MUnison is XXXXX Find the redeem code in your UnitedPlugins account - section My Licences. Refer to www.meldaproduction.comand create an account (or sign in to your account if you already have one). Once signed in, click the Redeem License button. Paste it in 'Your licence key' column and hit 'Submit key' button. Your license will be available in 'My Licenses' area. Download and install your software using the universal Melda installer. Activate it following this walkthrough.
  15. What latency are you seeing? And in what application? Have you tried AUM? Are you able to use 64 sample buffers?
  16. Comparing to iRig HD X... iRig USB ($69.99): Input impedance: 500 kOhms Maximum input level: +13.5 dBu USB-C to USB-C cable (60 cm/23.62") IRig HD X ($129.99): Input impedance:1 MOhms Maximum input level: +9 dBu USB-C to USB-C cable (60 cm/23.62") USB-C to Lightning cable (60 cm/23.62") "... with iOS lightning device, the iRig USB will require a CCK connector/adapter." Sampling rate maxes out at 48 kHz on USB vs. 96kHz on HD X. Both come with the same software bundle: AmpliTube SE, TONEX SE. Probably good enough for most people vs. iRig HD X.
  17. Picked up my first Kuassa plugins.
  18. There is, but they don’t make it easy to find out about it. When you run the Studio One for the first time, you can choose Prime as a license option. You can get the installer as a free Studio One Pro evaluation (it’s all the same installer).
  19. I’d expect the raw audio to be compressed, like with SampleTank. I don’t fault them for a big sample set. That’s be expected for a certain level of quality (and number of microphones). BFD Drums allows you to choose the number of layers you want to install, giving you full, half, or a quarter size installation of the samples. That would be a nice option.
  20. The change from 10 to 5 authorizations doesn't bother me since it's above the the max of 3 installations. However, it would be nice to know which computer each license is installed on to be able to track down and unauthorize on that computer.
  21. I wonder which pianos were sampled. Pianoverse Concert Grand YF3 -> Yamaha CF III? "Combining the world's finest concert grand pianos" implies multiple concert grand pianos. Would be interesting to compare to NI Noire (Yamaha CFX) which has patches with FX.
  22. Not surprisingly, the spacial audio features are available only in the Pro or +: https://www.presonus.com/en-US/studio-one-compare.html The features added are pretty compelling as an upgrade from 5 Pro (though I’ll probably be waiting until 7).
  23. I second this. I picked up a refurb iLoud Micro for $180 when it was on sale. It’s quite impressive for small speakers (DSP used to flatten out the response).
